He said the system was down so they couldn't let me know they were coming. I almost didn't go to the door.

Travis Is knowledgeable and skilled to explain is easy to understand how to take care my lawn watering …Also I have some questions regarding my Crabgrass and weed they explain me in detail. Also anther person with him name tailor also work hard to finish my first lawn chemical application.

I’m quite happy with the way the TruGreen guy lets me know he’s here, says what he’s doing today and then does his job. Very courteous, efficient, and best of all, effective! I love to see those wilting weeds!

Stephen is such a delightful tech. He’s always so personable and professional. Gives great advice to help with our home and lawn :)

Kenneth Dalton listened and sprayed our yard. Very respectful and professional. I respected his attitude after I mentioned that my mother in law had passed last week.Thank you sir!!

My first complaint is last summer they burned our grass when treating weeds. Dead spots everywhere. They came back and treated it with iron which helped some but it looked awful.

Now this year, they missed January. They came last month but never did put pre emergent down! Told them about it and they said they’d be here March 20th. I called today and they never came! Said they’ll be here next week but the highs are in the 70s and 80s. Probably too late for pre emergent.

They are not reliable and do half work. It’s not acceptable and I can’t get ahold of anyone local to let them know that their team is not providing the service that we paid for! I will be canceling and finding a different company going forward

Stephen does an excellent job. He’s well educated and if you have any questions about what he’s doing, he helps you anyway he can. He can diagnose any problem you’re having with your yard.

So far good today was my first treatment the gentleman was respectful and explained to me any questions that I asked.

Just contracted them and they seem to be doing a great job on my yard! Only down side is their pushy sales people, not even a car salesman is that annoying calling me over and over as I try to get other quotes. Don’t let these guys push you around. But their work is worth it it seems like so far

Called in advance. Employee who applied treatment was very helpful and answered all my questions and addressed all concerns. Did an amazing job! Amazingly friendly and even more so took special care to ensure all gates were closed and latched since we have dogs. Will highly reccomend!

My lawn has been serviced by TruGreen and the costumer service is very good. They let you know when they are arriving and what they will be working on when they arrive. They are very polite and give you proper instructions after they leave .

Dalton was great at answering all my questions and concerns I had about my lawn. He helped my understanding so much. If possible, I would like for him to always be my technician. He is very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns about my lawn and Tru green service. I feel very reassured now. That is one of my concerns about your service is that no one knows my yard as a different person is here most of the time and doesn’t know my yard throughout the season. .

Was not home at the time when technician did the service. What my cameras recorded he was respectful to property. My gate was closed. Have good coverage on my lawn. The only thing I can say to improve is, I wish the technicians would sweep the granules back into the grass, but I know that they are busy with other houses to go to, but that will be one thing that would be nice if they would just sweep what they got on the sidewalk, driveway and patio area back onto the grass
