Well my review of Truegreen just went in the toilet. This company, after 8 months, has proven to be a major disappointment. The salesman sold me a plan to cover 1 year service and come to find out it was all a lie. The 1,594.00 did NOT cover a year but only so many treatments on my yard and trees. Dealing with their customer service was a complete nightmare. My recommendation now is to NEVER HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE FOLKS!!!!!

This was my 3rd treatment. I wish I had taken photos of my yard prior to. My yard is beautiful, and Thick! Still have weeds, but not like the were at 1st. I'm enjoying my TruGreen applications. I just need time to water to really see the difference.

I have no idea what, if anything, was done to my lawn. I’m not at home when the tech is supposed to come. When I get home there is no evidence that someone has been there. There are no weeds in the lawn, so it does appear that something has been done.

Made things worse. Several times they said they did certain sprays and fertilizers, but the receipt they left told a different story. We had several no calls and no shows, then would randomly show up and only do half our yard. Several times this was brought up with the local branch and corporate and nothing changed. This spring they said they did pre emergent but the yard says otherwise. Photos show what my yard looks like compared to my neighbors.

True Green made my yard look beautiful, killed all or most of all weeds made my grass greener than ever was the grass multiplied filled in bare spot and mosquito bug part of it is the best I’ve ever seen

TruGreen is a very professional service that cares for their clients and lawns.
TruGreen has proved this by the people that represent them. This is my second year w/ TG and look forward to the effort I know will make my lawn and house look great. Thanks TG.

Jeremy rude. Left my fence in 3 different colors. Holes where screws in wrong place.

I gave Mike Davis a $3,000 deposit to install artificial turf at my house. He then kept giving me the run around for about 2 months now. Now he won’t answer my calls or text and refuses to refund me my deposit. I also personally know several people that are having the same issue with him. Mike Davis is crooked and a thief. Not a man of his word at all.

My new fence turned out great. The crew worked very hard to make sure it was perfect. Their work was done in a timely fashion by a really nice group of people. I highly reccomend Arbor Solutions.

Jeremy just left my house after the work was completed and I’m very happy with the service I received. I don’t have a lot of money to throw around and having a tree removed and numerous other trees trimmed and cut back was expensive but the courtesy, professionalism and quality of work I re overs from the initial quote through cleanup was worth my money. Thanks for the hard work I’ll be using your services again in the future.

Excellent customer service at a price you can afford! Did a way better job than I could of ever imagined! Mike Davis and his crew did a phenomenal job and I would recommend them to everyone! The work mainly involved significant pruning of 3 trees & cutting another tree down as well as injecting insecticide in 1 fruit tree. Mr. Jeremy quickly responded to my request for a bid on the project, & I was impressed with his thoroughness in answering questions. He explained the underlying reasons for pruning/not pruning areas of the trees which I feel contributes to the long-term life of trees. The price was very reasonable, & the work was done quickly & competently. Cleanup was very thorough, & Mr. Jeremy's team members were very pleasant & competent. There were no attempts to "add on" items to the original bid, & I was extremely satisfied with the job when completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Arbor Solutions & am enthusiastic about having found an excellent resource for the care/upkeep of my trees.

Had them trim my trees and they look wonderful. Did a great job.

My trees were nearly dead and dangerous due to dropping branches. The Tree Huggers team came and cut away all the dead parts and helped my cottonwoods come back to life. They were great and very fast!

We had 10 boxwoods removed. The crew were very quick and professional. They left the yard in great shape. Will definitely use them again!
