West Texas Chimney and Venting is the only such service I could recommend this highly. They are professional in their approach to taking care of their customers, from setting up the appointment for service, communication, and how the technicians complete the job. When we needed to have our dryer vent cleared, the technicians arrived on time, inspected the situation, and performed the clean out of the vent in no time at all. The air flow in our dryer vent doubled! They vacuumed up all debris and left our utility room spotless. I highly recommend West Texas Chimney and Vent Solutions! They're a class act!

The two technicians, Joseph and Chad, were very polite and professional and arrived at the time scheduled. They were careful while cleaning our fireplace and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. They even painted our fireplace grate! Several items were detected that need attention, and they gave us the estimates for the repairs. We have another appointment scheduled to address the repairs. They communicate very well via text messages and phone calls. We would recommend them.

Such a nice, knowledgeable team! The techs have great personalities and took time to visit as well as explain what they were doing and answer questions. They pointed out some repairs that will need to be done, gave estimates, and reassured us that they could take care of them when we are ready.

Very courteous and professional. Sweep was done and all cleanup accomplished within an hour. Inspected and recommended repairs needed to firebox and outside brick and mortar.
