198 truck on phone in traffic..

Highly disappointed put a toilet in and did a shity job it rocks and the tank leans and still leaks

Employees make you ask them their name when you call. You have to call them back, repeatedly. If you don't have A LOT of work for them, they won't bother with you.

Carl is who I worked with. Very responsive and reliable! Would definitely use again.

Very professional and even though there were several complications, they continued until the job was finished.

I was quoted a price for the repair of my appliance, then charged a significant amount over the quoted price. When I called about it, I was given no reduction, only invalid excuses. I will never use their "services" again.

At 9:45 pm on my way to work by the hospital district I watched three of your vehicles run right through a red light.
You guys are lucky APD didn’t catch y’all follow the traffic laws so people don’t get hit.

Bryan and Austin were very knowledgeable and helpful in the repairs to my refrigeration unit. The repairs were made quickly with very little "down" time.

I was charged 185.00 for them to tell me i need a new filter, i bought the filter and put it in. I called to question the bill and was transfered to a voice mail... of course i never heard back. Lesson learned.

Taylor and Josh were fantastic. They spent all day cleaning our machines and did such a fantastic job. Very kind and kept us informed of everything going on

Good company and excellent service but there employees talk on phones when driving and doesn't pay attention to other drivers they think they own the road

Revised review:
ATS came out to fix my water heater 10/2018. I thought our technician (Tim) was professional and he informed me about what was going on, etc. The lower element was out and was covered under Rheem’s warranty. Fast forward one year.

The water heater started acting up again. I called ATS who sent Tim out. He checked some things, replaced the upper element, and left. That evening I discovered that it was not fixed. Yay. I called ATS the next day. Tim came back. He said the upper element they took out was actually fine. After 3 1/2 hours of whatever the heck he was doing the problem was still not solved.

The next day I called Bob Jays. They sent a tech out who tested the lower element and replaced it - it was clearly blown. Tim at ATS never even tested it. I don’t know if he just assumed that it was fine since he replaced it a year ago or what. Also, Bob Jays said that it was clear that ATS did not pump the scale out of the tank which may have just jacked with my warranty. Thanks for nothing, ATS.

ATS billed me for 3 1/2 hours with no results. Never again!
