Great customer service. I went all over town looking for a bushing for an older AC blower. I brought the old part with me and Johnny at the counter Knew exactly what it was and that they’re not made anymore, but he took the extra step And time to help me find a bearing that would work. He didn’t spend time trying to look up the air conditioner, part number and things like that as I had experienced at the other parts shops around Amarillo. I really appreciate his knowledge and experience.

They installed my unit incorrectly and I have been in bed all week under so many blankets because they want 140.00 an HR to fix their mistake. Will report to BBB. I strongly suggest you do not use them.

Our heat wasn't consistent, but they fixed it. Now our home is evenly heated. Wonderful job!

Exceptional company to work with!

Not honest or good people to.work with. When working with them I had to argue with them to turn receipts over to AC (Amarillo College) so AC could get grants for improving their energy efficiency. Try to recoup some of their cash paid out for the projects. Yes with the pricing we paid marked out. Does not care about their community and is just out for the money.

Needed a 2 speed motor for an A/C unit on a Saturday morning. While they didn't have the exact part, they did have a replacement unit that would work and helped with what I needed. Heath was quite helpful.

There is a dock for trucks on the east side of the building. There is plenty of room to maneuver in the parking lot. You have to walk around to the front to check in with them. I don't think they use any of the back doors.

It took them about an hour and a half to unload me. The main reason it took so long was because they had issues finding room to store the HVAC units I was delivering.

I had a capacitor go out on the A/C..and actually another store recommended I try Johnstone Supply since the unit was older. They had the part I needed as well as a aftermarket fan motor. The guy showed me how to pig tail in the old harness. Great customer service from this business. Thanks guys you have a new customer and will definitely recommend ya!
