Plumbing reviews in Amarillo, Texas

Great selection of electric, plumbing and heating needs. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
-
No one at either desk would actually help me find what I was looking for. Gave general direction on what aisle and went back to their computers
-
Super helpful got me the right parts to get my ac running right!
-
Walk-in to look around to see what it was about none of the representatives greeted me felt very uncomfortable probably would not go there to get any of my electrical needs
-
Been in twice recently and found them to be least friendly staff in Amarillo- scowls, indifference and blatant sarcasm; ie, “go google it”.
-
Love this place for HVAC filters, electrical and plumbing.
-
Great customer service in the electrical dpt. They had answers to my questions & knew exactly what I needed for my project. Wonderful hometown service by this staff.
-
Just replaced the condenser fan on my AC I knew Locke would have what I needed, fast friendly service even though I am just a home owner.

First time coming here for plumbing supplies they were open on a Saturday so I came here it was 15 minutes before closing which I understand but they were absolutely rude rushing me ,and felt like twice the price as Amarillo Plumbing ...So next time I'll just wait tell Monday for the other plumbing stores to open!

Awesome prices and great customer service. I broke a faucet in the yard, and I am by no means a plumber, the friendly rep hooked me up with the parts I need to fix it in the friendliest manner possible, and his knowledge made me confident I won't need to return or exchange anything.
-
Pathetic. Sold me a product that lasted less than 30 days, refused to warranty the product per manufacturer supposedly. Sales rep acted like it wasnt his problem. Should always stand behind the products you sell. Plenty of other supply houses that do stand behind there products

Employee attitudes need adjustment big time! Call up all you hear is "locke" nothing else ...and dare ask price, where something is or help....you'll get the "go to hell look from lucifer himself" location is convient because its on my way to the office however ill just start ordering online so as not to have to deal with the "attitude"....these old places die for a reason and it's unfortunate.

Better off getting your hvac parts somewhere else. The guy that sits at the hvac counter doesn’t like doing his job and is very condescending. God forbid you need help finding any parts.

Terrible place, went to buy a part for my heater and they told me NO unless I’m licensed. Said it’s a new law, which was false. I called some top names in the heating business and they told me that was not true. Bought my part elsewhere with no problems. I’m a homeowner and they turned me down and would not even give me the price for the part. Unless you are a friend or a steady customer they will help you. Very unsafe too during these times of COVID-19, NO one in there was wearing no kind of face covering. Will never step in those doors again

A perfect example of a dying business. Dust covered, off brand merchandise with no displays, descriptions, or even pricing. The shelves are labeled with yellowing stickers from years ago with the price section left blank or ripped off. There are NO prices listed anywhere. There are NO specifications on the items listed anywhere. In order to get any information one must go to the unmasked cashier carrying the item and ask for a price. If lucky, there will also be an actual product description. The products are completely disorganized and seemingly randomly placed within broad sections. If one knew exactly which item was needed and exactly where it was located within the store, then this place could be worth the visit. However, with no info and no help available, the amount of time wasted trying to get something will cost more than could possibly be saved. If one wanted multiple items, this place would cost more in lost time regardless of whatever price they may have. This is not a place to shop. This place is just waiting for the end.

Locke Supply Do does not want your business. If you enter their store they will be condescending, rude, and unhelpful. They genuinely don't want you spending your money with them. Just by walking into the store you are annoying the two guys at the counter who are very busy sitting there. Don't ask about any plumbing supplies they will tell you there's nothing you can do. It's insane how a business can hate their customers so much and so openly. I 1000% recommend going elsewhere for any kind of plumbing or hardware supplies. Let's help this business out and stop going in there and annoying them trying to buy things. It seems they enjoy the building being empty so they can be angry in peace without pesky "customers" interrupting their very important counter watching.

Front desk tellers are rude and unkind. I decided to walk out of the store without buying anything because of the way this guy was treating me. I definitely will Not buy anything from this store in the future.
-
I'll drive 200 miles before.I go into that place ever again.I've never seen more rude.People in one building, never again. I'll drive to dallas before I go into that place again

Heavy set guy with the mustache is just mean. They charged me 98.70 for a bag of 8inch R6 flex duct. The bag is only 65 but because I brought one back I didn’t need they raised the price. Then the guy pretty much told me I was stupid,, “it’s common sense” “a kid can do it” you just pull down the bag you were right there” saying it rude. Not going there anymore.

My favorite hardware store in amarillo, I always try here before lowes or home Depot, I heard they are getting a new location but I hope this one stays open too, I would hate to have to drive to the complete opposite side of town to give them my business.

I went in here at 11:46 on a Saturday to try to get some gas fittings. One guy pointed me to a couple aisles but then when I asked him for help at 11:51 he said, "sorry we're fixing to close. Can't help you." So make sure you get here early. I don't think they had the plumbing fitting I needed anyway.
