Unexpected issue with my AC struck yesterday. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and get everything resolved! The Technician, Jonathan Gonzales, communicated everything perfectly with both my wife who was home while I was at work. Gave honest & experience based advice for us to make a no brainer decision on how to resolve our issues. I would definitely recommend him and the 1-800-Plumber team! Thank you to everyone involved in keeping my family cool on the tail end of this hot summer!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but the technician who worked on my house was exceptional. He was very professional and worked long hard hours at my house. I would recommend Lance with confidence for any plumbing needs.

Fall 2025 update… Had one of the best plumbing maintenance check by Enes. He was extremely thorough and gave practical suggestions with helpful ideas in regards to my home. I would highly recommend him and appreciate his great work ethic and professional performance!

As previously discussed this past October to replace a pressure switch, Jonathan remembered to give me a call after the new year to follow up, and he was able to come out the same day to complete the work in a timely manner. He is so polite and helpful in answering all my questions and offering suggestions. Thank you, thank you!!!

We had central heat and air put in and with that we had to install a new gas line to the house. Zlatan and Dalton did an amazing job on the gas line. Jesse and Kenton installed our central heat and air. They also did an amazing job. Mike was the salesman and he did an amazing job. He came by numerous times while the work was done and also after and made sure we were happy with the install. We would definitely recommend these guys for any of you plumbing, electric, heating and air needs. All of them were very professional, friendly and outgoing.

Good job...exceptionally well done as always. My tankless hot water heater had a problem that was only fixable by replacing it with a new one. I appreciate all the good work by Z and his apprentice and taking care of me in record time. Thanks. SB

Richard and David did a fabulous job putting in an outlet and HDMI cables above our fireplace. We finally have our TV where we have wanted it for two years!! Thanks so much.

Requested appointment over the weekend due to an ongoing water leak that another plumber passed off as a shower pan leak. 1800 plumber technician was able to arrive same day as making the request on a Saturday. After a long day he arrived with a great service mindset and was very helpful in finding our issue.

Noah was very knowledgeable of AC system. Explained all areas that would be checked. Did a show & tell of any problems he found & explained the pros & cons of what could happen. Overall, great service.

Did general check of my heater before cold weather sets in. Their cost to clean the motor seemed a little pricey.

Enes was thorough, quick, and to the point! He went out of his way to get a technician to our house same day to fix an outside gas leak right before the holidays! Rey Ruiz did an excellent job! He is professional, friendly and is welcome to do any and all plumbing work I may need in my home. My bathroom had several problems and he repaired them all quickly and cleanly. He's a great guy!

I received a discount from 1-800-Plumber for an air conditioner tune-up. Noah was the technician that came to my house to do the tune-up. He showed me what all was dirty and thoroughly cleaned it up. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d like to highly recommend Noah and 1-800-Plumber for HVAC maintenance and repair.

Julian was easy to talk. He did a very good at explaining the issue and why it happened. He had all the tools necessary to fix my issue. He gave us great options on how to upkeep the house. I’m very appreciative of this company’s quick response time.

Been waiting for a week without
AC finally got our new unit in but keep waiting for installation. So if you have an AC not working dont expect fast service. Keep getting put off and on and on 6/28/25 As of today we have been without AC 10 days. I hope all of the employees of this company in Amarillo have enjoyed a nice cool home. We paid a lot of money for this and everyday they keep moving this out farther. Do not deal with this company. Very poor service.

The work performed by Izaiah Foster was very professional done. Izaiah worked extremely hard and long hours to complete the job. He is very professional, polite, and courteous. He kept me informed of the status of the project every step of the way. He always sought my approval when necessary. He quickly made me feel comfortable and confident the work would be very professional completed. I would strongly recommend 1-800 Plumber for your plumbing needs, and if you are assigned Mr. Foster as your plumber, you can be assured the task will be completed quickly and professionally.
