These guys May b cheap now I know y they have been to our apt three times in the past month only to leave a bigger mess use all toilet paper instead of asking for a towel and only temporary fix guess I'll cthem next week again feel bad for the apt owner for not getting better service and a temporary fix

I called about a washing machine over flowing. Lady answered, took down my info, said a guy would be in touch. Well here we are days later, and never even called. Guess they are to busy for small jobs.

Phone rings and rings and rings... Finally someone picked up. They said that someone would get back to me. Didn't happen. 15 minute job. Ended up doing it myself because it was too late in the day to get anyone else out.

So far I have only dealt with Joel and, I found him to be Professional, Prompt , Punctual, responsible and less expensive than other companies. He makes himself available to explain what the problem is and what can be done, in the future, to avoid additional problems.

After making 2 phone calls to Affordable Plumbing. I never received a call back from Affordable Plumbing. I had to go with another plumber.

We have had Affordable Plumbing out on more than one occasion. Reliable, and trustworthy! I only wish I would have found them sooner! True to their name!

I will never used another plumber again. Over the years the plumbers I used made my kitchen plumbing worse and charged me way to much. BlueFrog was amazing and they will fix my plumbing from now on. They are well priced and very nice.

Older man came today to look at my plumbing. The wax seal was broken on the toilet and plumbing was backing up. He said he couldn't find the clean out to unstop the pluming. He looked for maybe 3 minutes. I ask him if he could please help replace the wax ring on the toilet ,water was running under thet toilet. He said no he wouldn't replace it it wasn't his job. And it would take longer than an hour. He was rude unprofessional and hateful. My family always uses them but not anymore

Called for a second opinion and the guy came to the house but didn't come to the door and Affordable Plumbing employee spoke to the other plumber outside from another company instead of coming straight to the front door for our second opinion. No, I won't be calling them again ! I wanted an independent second opinion and did not get it. NOT professional at all.

Called affordable plumbing to come out because I had a wet spot in my laundry room floor. We were going to be laying new flooring with in the next few weeks and I wanted to make sure I did not have a water leak before laying brand new flooring. The plumber could not find any water leaking so he decided to go outside and check the water meter. He then said that since the water meter was spinning I definitely had a leak. He then started digging a hole in the backyard and still couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from. He then told me that it was probably a slab leak and that my labor bill was already well over $200. I then had him stop working and had a few other knowledgeable people meet me over at the house to also look at the issue. After several guys looking at the issue and another plumber coming out, I do not have a water leak and the water meter was spinning because his partner was using the restroom at the time he was looking at the water meter. The water on the laundry room floor was from moving the washing machine.
So...
$300 Bill from affordable plumbing for digging a useless whole in the backyard.

We had a clogged sink. Affordable came out the same day. Lupe was our tech. He was so kind and got the job done real quick. The price was much cheaper than anyone else I called. Highly recommend. Thank you Lupe.

I have used Affordable for 30 years. They are simply the best. If my house was flooding and they couldn't get to me for a week (which would never happen) I would put on my swimsuit and wait before I called another company. Joel and Paul have saved me thousands of dollars over the years. I won't buy a house until these guys give me the OK. As for their prices, get five other quotes and you will see that Affordable Plumbing is NOT false advertising.
