I was super worried about my bathroom plumbing! It was very outdated…10 years or more. They fixed everything and it looks great and works so much better!

Atmos changed our meters in my neighborhood. While I was at work, my neighbor kept me informed on things and text me that Atmos had detected a leak in their line, but that my meter exchange went fine.
A little after 5 pm (Friday!) the Atmos Tech let me know mine was good to go. I thanked him and asked about my neighbor's line. He said they couldn't turn the gas back on due to the leak and that my neighbors had called their plumber, but he couldn't come out until Tuesday.
My neighbors are in their mid 70's and this was happening with temps in the 30's during the day and even colder at night. That wasn't going to work.
I had met Paul earlier in the previous weeks through my business. He was great to do business with so I gave him a call. I explained the situation and he told me the various outcomes of what he might find. He didn't even hesitate and within the hour, he and Joseph were next door.
They found problems in the line in the house also, so doing a bypass was not an option. His thorough explanation of the issues, what needed to be done, and his care for them was well above and beyond what you would expect from any service.
With issues and frozen pipes all over town from the bitter cold temps, it was a given that every plumber in town was booked solid for the next two to three weeks, including him.
First thing Monday morning, there was Paul and his team. And on top of that, he kept me in the loop on how things were going during the repairs, which was wonderful. (These people are like family to me!) Paul and his team got them squared away within a couple of days.
I was amazed by the quick response, quality of service, and effort from Paul Lawson and his team. They are TRULY the BEST company in town. I want to express my sincerest gratitude for all the help and support from Paul's team to make sure some wonderful people got taken care of. It means the world to me! Paul and his crew came out within hours, and, although they couldn't get us fixed up right away, they put us on their priority list and had us set up with all new gas lines in a timely fashion. I just wrapped up a pretty big plumbing job with Lawson's and I was very pleased with the way they handled my business. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, motivated and stays on top of the job. He is very good to keep you updated and informed. His co-workers are very kind and pleasant as well. He came to me by referral and I am so grateful as the other plumbers that came out and gave us quotes really did not nail the source of the original issue at all. So I would have spent tens of thousands of dollars and still would have had to deal with the original source of my problem. Paul saved me a lot of money and did a fantastic job for me.
