I had a hot water pipe burst over night, which was floodingmy cellar. I called Franks plumbing and they put me as the first call of the day. Benjamin was polite and very tidy, cleaning up everything from having to cut through the wall. I would definitely recommend Franks plumbing and Benjamin.

How do I review a company that showed up on time, took a look at our furnace, made a few phone calls, took a bunch of pictures, and declared that our equipment was too old for them to work on?
If I take my model A to a mechanic, it will be fixed.
Franks are nice people who want to sell stuff.

Kanton and his co-worker were friendly, helpful, did quick work to fix the shutoff valve, called the City about water shutoff issue, and only charged me for their service fee! Thank you guys and Frank's Plumbing.

Jacob was very detail oriented. Even though my home is older, he took all the precautions that I was looking for. He very much advised me to get a carbon monoxide detector installed. I have some. I don’t know what I did with them I may have took them out and put them in storage
He answered all of my questions until I had no more. Very helpful with the lighting of my pilot light would recommend Jacob and or Frank’s plumbing to anyone.

Jacob was fantastic!! He came out on Thanksgiving morning, fixed our heater and was extremely professional and thorough on what needed repair and the guarantee on the work as well as 90 day warranty. Very grateful!

Zachary and Jake connected our fire pit to the gas line today. They were extremely patient with us as we needed to change the details of their job. They were professional, helpful, cheerful, efficient, and did a phenomenal job! These two will be our favorite technicians for the next job!

Eric has been amazing. Our heater went out during the cold streak and he was able to detect and fix problems. Had us up and running in no time.

I completely and unreservedly recommend Frank's Skylar Stiles and his helper. They replaced the water heater in my house this week. It was not easy because of the very awkward space in a hallway closet. The area was clean and clear when they finished. And the inspection went well. They knew what was necessary and did it well.
They also fixed the shower issues that had been festering for a while. Not originally on the work order, but the problems were escalating. Now, I have less to be anxious over.
More importantly they were kind and considerate of me and of my husband and the critters who are with us.
Thank you Frank's for having a good crew.

He was a God send!! It took him under an hour cleaned up his mess even put the rugs back on the floor!! And he checked the other toilet and drains just to make sure everything was working properly!! I love the Wilburn family and always call them! I will forever miss Frank and Catherine♥️

Plumber Noah and his team digged my yard and fixed my broken pipe while I was away at work. He explained my pipe problem and was thorough in his job. He listened to my concerns and was helpful and professional. Not having water was really stressful to me and he fixed it. I appreciate his job well done.

We got great service from Zane klotz and Adam Ramos. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They turned our water back on and relit the hot water heater pilot. They took great care of us!!!

Very happy with Franks Plumbing. They were very professional and did a great job. We had half of our house’s sewers line redone which requires tunneling under our slab to replace rusted out cast iron. It was expensive, but needed replacing. We were quite satisfied. Thank you especially to Daniel and his assistant for all their hard work.

Moses has impeccable manners. Very professional. I had water discovered in my crawl space by a person from a local foundation company. Moses was able to find where the water was coming from ( a leak in pipes under my kitchen). He and his coworker had to go get the parts for the repair but were able to get it fixed in the same afternoon. Fast, professional and a kind person. I would absolutely trust him with any plumbing repairs in my home.

My family loves Roy McDowell. He is the best associate at Frank’s Repair Plumbing!! He is very personable and does excellent work! We appreciate when he helps us with our plumbing problems. If you need a true professional, ask for Roy McDowell!!

Had another company come and quote me to find a water leak. Frank’s came out and Ryan did an excellent job. He diagnosed the toilet and fixed it right away. There was no water leak under the slab so he was honest and did the work that was necessary. Will use again.

Benjamin was the most helpful person that we possibly could’ve been sent. He walked us through the process and explained everything thoroughly. He was so kind, respectful, and took care of our home. It was a large project (replacing our gas line in our backyard) and expensive, so me and my wife (only 20 and 19) were upset about the situation and tired of taking freezing cold showers, but Benjamin gave us peace at mind! Highly recommend. Give my man Benjamin a raise!

Roy and his team did such an amazing job and got it done quickly! They left our house looking better than it did when they came in. Quality work at a fair price. We will definitely continue to use Frank's for our plumbing needs!

Garrett and I am sorry I don't remember the other man's name restored my faith in Franks. Garrett was polite, actually listened to me and really checked everything carefully. The blockage was in line under my house and after clearing he even checked to be sure my kitchen sink was draining good.

I give both these guys a 5 star rating, keep them with your company.

Awesome experience with Dennis! Originally had a guy come this morning that didn't work on tankless water heaters, and Frank's was still able to get Dennis to my house same day. They ripped out my old water heater and replaced it all by 6 pm. Definitely will send everyone their way!

What a great experience. Ryan was just super knowledgeable, courteous, and got right to work. He explained everything well and made sure the work was done right. I couldn’t have had a better couple of guys putting in my new water heater. (They are both really cute , too.) I’m not sure of Ryan’s helper’s name but he was cool. I will be using Frank’s forever now because of them. Thanks, guys! Darlene Brazille
