So the Gang at Franks have been out to the house 4 times now. Initially it started with a leak that was fixed fairly quickly. Then we had further issues with the water heating unit. They came and fixed that too. Most recently a senior technician Roy came along with an apprentice when the water heater was acting up again. They were on time (the day before Xmas!), thorough and professional. We discussed the problems and they were very good at fixing everything. I was very impressed with them and the time they took to fix everything. I hope the fix holds. Much thanks to Roy, and the team at Franks.

We were having backup issues on our bathrooms. We called one plumber and he didn’t get the job done within called Frank plumbing and Benjamin came out told exactly what he was gonna do and he did it. He went over prices. We agreed on a couple of them and he did the job thoroughly and respectfully over our house and our family. We appreciate everything Benjamin did for us today!

This is my second time using Franks and they are simply the best! They came out within 15 minutes, and fixed our plumbing issue so quickly! Super friendly and very honest. We plan on using them for our businesses now as well!

Both techs were very professional and well mannered. They made this easy for me to understand what issues I was having and were very understanding to my tears.Loosing my spouse 6 weeks ago was hard enough but have home repairs done and not knowing which way to turn .they were very nice and explained in detail what was wrong and they fixed each problem..Thank you both!! I always use Frank’s Plumbing and repair. Service is always fast. Roy McDowell and team had to drive over 100 miles that same day to install a hot water heater. Polite, clean, friendly and very professional. I’m never disappointed when I call FRANKS Plumbing!

Zachery and Carlos are the best. Our gas meter was hit by some unknown driver. It's in the alley and drivers are horrible. Called 911. Called Atmos Energy and they came out and repaired their side of the meter. Called first number to pop up in Google search. It was Frank's. We knew who we didn't want and, thankfully, was one of them. Frank's had guys available. They were here quickly, gave us an estimate, and repaired the outlet piping. They contacted the city inspector's office and got us scheduled. Inspector was out and checked everything (I mean everything, even things done and inspected and approved by previous city inspectors). Zachery and Carlos were out and modified, as required my inspector, and got us all good.

Frank's Plumbing is our go to plumber, unless these two leave then we'll go to their next company.

Called around 9:30 am to see if a plumber could look at a water heater. Bottom element was leaking and wanted a plumber to look at it before replacing. Didn’t get any appointment time just said they’d come by that day. I received a call at 4 pm that they weren’t going to make it. I had no time to call any other plumbers to come take a look. Had I known sooner I wouldn’t have wasted my whole day waiting. Then when they were going to reschedule for another day, they couldn’t give me a time when they’d arrive on that day either. Hard to schedule things around that and had a whole day open just for them to not even show up. Very frustrating when I wasn’t given enough time to even schedule someone else to come out. They charge a $99 service fee which I was happy to pay for someone to just come look at the water heater.

Excellent customer service! There was initially a hiccup with communication, but Frank's Repair Plumbing called to discuss everything with us. They immediately turned everything around and made it all right, which we appreciated so much! Their technician that came to the house was respectful, punctual, communicated clearly and was very knowledgeable! Overall we had a wonderful experience and will use Franks again when needed. Highly recommend!

Garrett Gomez did commode repairs and did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and kind. We are thankful he is the one that came out! I would highly recommend him and want his services whenever we need future plumbing needs.

Garrett was speedy to get here on the day of my appointment. He was efficient and explained everything thoroughly. He fixed the plumbing issue and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Will use them from now on!!!

Shawn and Christian did a great job today! The team always comes prepared, on time and everyone is super knowledgeable. Both technicians made recommendations and provided reasonable estimates on the repairs.

Zachery and his apprentice were amazing!! Got me all sorted and were so respectful. I know nothing about plumbing and they explained it all so well and ensured I was fully understanding everything before proceeding. Loved them!
