I was shocked at the price. I guess I should have gotten an estimate first but since I had used before for the same service at less than half the price I did not ask about the price.
I will definitely use again but will check price first.

Paul was exceptional! Our son just bought his 1st home and ran into some plumbing issues. He tried fixing it himself but ran into.snags. We knew it was time ro.call in the pros. Great service from a local company. We will be returning customers

I had a great experience with Lawson's Contracting. The extensive repairs done under my house were thoroughly explained before they started the process. There were no surprises in price or problems. These guys are very professional and polite. I highly recommend their services. 👍👍

Lawson's did a fantastic job with our entire project! They replaced our sewer line as planned, but they also identified and replaced a leaky water heater. Lawson's worked with us to get the additional issue resolved quickly. Throughout the entire project, the staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them for all future projects! A huge thanks to the whole crew!

We had a sewer line blockage under the slab caused by a sewer snake that broke and twisted up. Lawson’s was able to come out and assess the problem quickly and advised us of our options. Because this is both a residence and a home office they were great about getting us scheduled to begin the repairs. The crew was dedicated to and worked diligently to get the problem resolved. They inspected every aspect of the sewer system to address any additional problems and advised us of resolutions. Any plumbing issues are expensive these days but after seeing all that was involved with this job I believe it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Lawson’s to everyone!!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship, communication, and cleanliness in working with the plumbers with Lawson’s.
While working, when they came upon a specific situation, the technician wanted to show us the encountered problem and explain every step they would take to resolve the issues. They were very upfront with the work required, how they would do it, and how long it would take. They were on time and would call or text with a 30 minute arrival time and were always punctual.
We will never hesitate to use Lawson’s for any future plumbing needs and will refer them to others. They took an unfortunate situation and turned it into a pleasant resolve.
Brian was the lead plumber. He was polite, personable, respectful, on top of being a knowledgeable and quality professional plumber!

Lawson's contracting services were great! From the first encounter with Mr. Paul and Bryan, to The Joe's and Jesus were friendly, professional, honest, and on point. We had a couple of issues and pivots, but the Team got it done. I would certainly recommend them. I had the works done, cast iron relined, placed, descaled, etc.

Very quick service! We needed some major work done and thought it would take a week to fix but it was done in 1 day! The communication was clear and the service was fast and excellent. Highly recommend!

Daniel went above and beyond for my sister and i last night. He was friendly, professional. He explained what needed to be done and got right to it. He even cleaned up the mess! I highly recommend this young man from Frank's Plumbing!

I’m baffled that the toilets on each side of the house be clogged all day and into the night, with Daniel as a witness, flush without any issues the next morning. The video recording appears to show no issues. The technicians were all polite and professional. It’s frustrating to have a problem that is not there when a plumber comes.

Kanten was extremely professional. He explained what was wrong, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was disappointed that the cost had increased so much over the past year, but that is with a lot of businesses.

I had this faucet installed, they did very good work and it’s a quality faucet as well from Delta. However I must say the price was ridiculous. Buy your own faucet and pay them to install it if anything. I think even that is $375. But I paid $1100 to have a single faucet installed. Never again.

Frank’s Repair Plumbing sent over Dennis, whom was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely cared about the plumbing issue I was experiencing. He took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and completed the work in a very timely manner. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and compassionate, but Dennis really went above and beyond. I highly recommend him and Frank’s Repair Plumbing!

Called to see what was wrong with my AC. I asked for a written detailed estimate for the repairs. I also asked that the technician Shawn, see if my ductwork was in need of any repairs.
I received a call that the circuit board was fried and that I needed a whole new system. No explanation on the condition of the ductwork other than I could replace it all too. $28k quote. Not including the $5k ductwork.
I’ve done service contracts professionally and so I got pricing on the 3 units being quoted. It was less than $5k brand new.

This company was attempting to charge $23k for what else?! Because labor for one day is NOT this high.
Turns out, I only had a loose wire. Cost $100 to fix.
I will never call this company again. Just thought it is civic responsibility to warn the public about such crooked practices.
Yall should be ashamed of yourselves.

On the positive side the same day service was appreciated and the technicians were competent and successfully completed the task of clearing the drain line.
On the negative side, the service provided seemed overpriced. It only took a few minutes to perform the service as we as the customer had already defined the problem.
The bottom line is two years ago, we had the same service performed by another company for about half the price. Ultimately, we don’t feel like to value we received was in line with what we had to spend.

We had our water heater go out! I called Franks Plumbing and Zach came out to look at it. Found out it was no good, he quickly informed me of my options and I decided that it would be best to install a new water heater. He and his helper did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Franks Plumbing. Their do quality work and in a timely manner! Great job Zach!

Five stars for the technician Noah. He is very capable and works for your best interest. Problem was the cost, about double to install a kitchen drain cleaner vs Lowe’s, etc. I suspect too much overhead for a plumbing company. Part cost about $400, total cost about $1400. Surely not paying service technician $1000 for a 1-2 hour job!

Excellent service for a fair price. Very polite very professional. We had a slow draining shower drain. They were able to clear the clog quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They definitely have my recommendation.
