We had a new heat pump system installed last summer and is working great. The installation was very professional with a great crew. Everyone is so friendly, we love Sutton Heating and Air like family.

We had some zoning issues and Eric was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the problem! Our air works better than ever now and we are very pleased with the work that was completed! Also very reasonably priced!

Sutton Heating and Air is the best. Every time I call, they arrive quickly, are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to explain what’s wrong (including taking photographs of the issue) and explain how they’ll fix the problem. Their guys are friendly, patient, and make sure you’re informed and satisfied with their work. I’d give ‘em 10 stars if I could.

My company sells and installs spray booths and compressor systems. My spray booth supplier dropped the ball and sent the wrong ducting. I'm out of DFW, spray booth company out of California, and we're installing a very complicated system in Amarillo Texas.
We were under the gun and out of time.
Sutton came to our rescue, designed from the hip the proper ducting and fan casings, manufactured them AND installed them. All to the customers satisfaction.

We had a wonderful experience! They got our system back up and running quickly after an unfortunate lightning strike took it out. Everything was explained in detail prior to repairs taking place, we were treated with great respect, and are so happy with the results!

My 95yo mother and I came home from being out of town to an 89* house and were aware that it was supposed to be over 100* the next day. We were referred to Sutton by our previous A/C company that is no longer in the business. They came out within a little over an hour. We were receiving cold air within another hour, bad connector and they had the part in stock on the truck. The cost was reasonable too. After the technician left my mother said “I liked him!”

I called Sutton Heating and Air because my house wasn’t cooling evenly. Anyone who has ever called for HVAC service knows the dread you feel of someone telling you that need a brand new unit or a lot of expensive work. That was not my experience at all. Hunter came out and made a few tweaks and suggestions and that was all. There was no high pressure sales or feeling pressured to buy things we may or may not have needed. We will definitely use Sutton Heating and Air for all future needs.

The Sutton men are always very courteous and did a great job insulating our attic. We are already feeling the difference.

These guys flat rocked it! Jaron, Derek, Hunter. I didn't get the names of the techs that came out but they were fast and thorough. One day replacement if air handler, compressor and lines. (Duct work was already in place). The system is beautiful, quiet and, best of all, working great!

These guys are wonderful. Not only are they incredibly thorough and knowledgable, they are such kind people. We have called twice in the last 2 months right before a weekend (like, Friday afternoon) with completely non-functional A/C. I was 8 months pregnant the first time and our son was 4 days old the second time. Both instances they rearranged their schedule despite being short-staffed in order to get to us before the weekend. The first time, the problem was pretty complex and took them a while to sort through but they went through the entire system until they fully understood the issue. Then they actually explained it to us in terms we could understand. We have also called them for a furnace issue over the winter and received the same diligent, thorough treatment that we received this summer. 10/10 recommend!

Nothing but great things to say about Sutton Heating and air. I was out of town, my daughter called and told me the AC was out. They were there within a half hour! Got it up and running. They called later that day to make sure it was still running. Came by a couple of days after that and did a cleaning. Very professional, very quick and very nice. Highly recommend them!
