I shopped around for a company to replace my HEAT/PUMP/HVAC system as it was 16 years old and could not be fixed. A friend of mine recommended Avalos Heating & Air, so I gave them a call. From the moment the estimator came out, to talking about cost, and finally deciding to use their services; I was very impressed. Nate, Logan Farley, and Ubaldo Tarango were the technicians. They performed an excellent job, answering my questions and showing me how the thermostat operated. They also cleaned up after their work. I had a call cuz my grandpa's heater wasn't working I had to call to call to get it fixed for once I was late and the service tech was right on time I appreciate the work that Logan Farley did for us it was very prompt and fast and reasonable thank you very much

Beau Taylor was the service person sent to my home. He was outstanding. Very professional. Walked me through everything he was doing. I will ask for him again. He is very good at customer service. I think every company should have a person like Beau. He eximplifies customer service. Avalos is lucky to have people like him on the payroll.

These guys always come in clutch! They have saved me so many times. This evening for example, Francisco came and fixed a clogged drain on the unit in my attic that had flooded our back porch. He arrived, joked with the kids who are little and very curious, cleaned up the water, fixed the drain, and never quit smiling. Possibly the kindest man I’ve ever known. Thanks for always providing the best service and excellent work!

I was referred to Avalos by a friend and they installed my HVAC system about 7 years ago. It has been trouble free. I am on their maintenance programm and they come out twice each year to inspect, clean and tune up. Andrew was at my house today and he was extremely thorough and pleasant. He reviewed his finding and showed me pictures...always happy with Avalos. Francisco has a great team working for him. And Angel, who coordinates everything is a joy!

Company was very friendly and professional! They seemed to really care about my air conditioning problem and wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Logan the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, he explained the whole problem and how the part he replaced was crucial in getting the units fan to turn. This is my first time to use Avalos Heating and Air, but they are my new favorite! If you want a professional and honest company these are your people!

Avalos Heating and Air went above and beyond to get us taken care of. From Angel in the office who set everything up for us, to our initial estimate visit. I forgot his name. Then to the actual technicians who came out and installed. Logan, Nate and Ubaldo did an absolutely fantastic job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone within their servicing area.

Avalos has wonderful customer service! Angel is always wonderful on the phone, and helps with any issues we have. Logan and Andrew took great care of our systems. They were very kind, polite, and clean! We have been using them for years and are always pleased with the quality of care.

START TO FINISH
From Beau doing a diagnosis of the problem with my H&A units (which needed replacing) to Andrew, Ubaldo and Nate doing the install had me new units installed in less than a week. Beau even offered a portable a/c until install day to battle these hot days. The professionalism and knowledge these guys show is awesome. Highly recommend Avalos H&A !! Updating this review to say that our systems have been trouble-free since installation. However, because it's the Panhandle and because we've had some storms and wind, our mini-split needed service for compacted dirt. Beau, our technician, quickly diagnosed the issue and cleaned the interior, making the whole unit run like brand new.

We got home late afternoon on a Friday to find our AC wasn’t cooling. Avalos was there within the hour to take a look at it. Beau was our technician and he was great! Showed me photos and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He made sure I didn’t have any questions. Will definitely be recommending them to others!

Had Avalos Heating And Air come out and do a system check up on our heater and air conditioner a month or so ago before the weather turned too hot.

Beau Came out and went over our entire system with a fine tooth comb. He was very polite and knowledgeable about our system and how we can be proactive about maintaining it for the long run.. He even put new filters in for me.

Fantastic experience from the moment, I called to set up the service. All the way through the technician arriving and doing the work. I cannot recommend this company enough

Beau saved the day! Was doing yard work and accidentally nicked the thermostat wire on the ac unit it stopped working. Of course this would happen after 5 on a Saturday. 😐 After spliceing it ourselves and not getting it to work, I called Avalos and was able to get on the schedule for an ER call. Beau called me and told me it would late, but he'd be here. Phew! Beau took one look at the unit and knew exactly what it was. A fuse! He switched it out, flipped it on and we had air. Beau was friendly, knowledgeable and the price was WAY less than I was expecting. I will definitly be using Avalos again and will refer them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs. THANK YOU BEAU!!

I am very pleased to rate this company 5 stars as they provided excellent customer service. I needed to have a brand new HVAC installed and they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
This was not the first time we have used this company. They are and have always been our choice to service our heating and air needs. There were three installers Jose, Baldie and another guy. All three were very conscientious about not tracking dirt in my home. Each time they entered they would place shoe covers over their shoes.
I am very thankful and appreciative of their work.

Bo came and did an after hours call and did an AMAZING job helping us get our Airbnb back up and running! Grateful for this amazing company!

Also Jose came out 4 days before that and helped us get our broken AC unit back up and running! This group is exceptional at what they do and have the BEST customer service!

From beginning to end, everyone was professional, courteous and made the entire process so easy. Thank you to Angel for being so efficient and for scheduling the job at my convenience. Thank you to Andrew, Ubaldo and Jesus for showing up on time and doing the job so well, I hardly knew they were here. I appreciate all of you and I am so happy I went with Avalos.

Jose was very informative as he explained in terms I could understand. He talked us through what he was doing nearly every step of the way. Took 20 or more pictures to document issues he saw.

Our compressor went out on us on a 101° day, and thankfully for me t happened to be that same day Andrew was coming out to do my 6mo. service. Once he told me, he made sure to service everything and then ran to the shop to get us 2 portable air conditioning units, which were a lifesaver that night & into the next day. He even stayed late to make sure everything was working properly. The next morning he was at my door at 8am with my new compressor! He worked hard! I have recommended Avalos to all my friends and family for years and I still highly recommend them today!
