Our AC unit went out on Saturday, I called Avalos Heating and Air and they were at my door in less than 30 minutes. The technician, Logan was extremely knowledgeable and was very kind! Logan was very attentive to the issues we had and was able to diagnose all of the issues quickly. We appreciate Logan and Avalos Heating and Air!!

We were having AC issues in July! Pretty miserable. Called Avalos and they sent Beau out the next morning! He was informative, helpful, prompt and very polite! We will definitely use them when we need a new system. Thanks Beau!

I would highly recommend Avaols Heating and Air. My AC unit went out and it turned out I needed a brand new unit. Beau discussed all of our options and made a stressful situation, into a reasonable purchase with the financing options. Beau explained everything to us, and seemed to very honest and knowledgeable. We were even given portable AC to use until the new unit could be installed, which helped out a lot. Andrew, Logan and Jesus installed our new unit. They were all very polite and did a great job explaining how the new system worked. We would definitely use them again of needed!

The system cools our home efficiently, operates quietly, and has already made a noticeable difference in our comfort. We have used Avalos Heating and Air for years at Shemen Dental Group and Tumbleweed Dental. Avalos always provides Great quality of care, friendly personnel, awesome work, and wonderful warranties when you replace your AC/furnace. This time around we had to replace an AC/furnace at Tumbleweed and every single person I encountered (Ubaodo, Jesus, and Logan in this instance) was so friendly, VERY knowledgeable, efficient, and so kind. I will ALWAYS recommend Avalos. They employ excellent people.

It is unfortunate when a compressor freezes up on a newer unit. The difference is seeing the customer service extended at that time compared to when purchasing a system. It is excellent in both cases! Avalos Heating and Air has awesome customer service The technician who was sent out was Jose. He worked hard and non-stop to get our unit running. He has such a good sense of humor and showed us he really cared. Many thanks to Franciso and Angel, also for all they did to help us!!

We love Avalos! My AC quit cooling our house. Called Avalos, they showed up when they said they would, with a call before to make sure we were still good with the time. Beau was my tech , he was great! He explained all my options and helped me figure out what was best for our situation. He also took the time to explain to my son how the AC works. Very nice guy. From my first phone call, talking to Angel and scheduling an appointment to have Beau come out and give me an estimate on a new HVAC unit and a mini-split, I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. When I called back and spoke with Francisco after I decided to go with their company, I was surprised at the speed that everything moved. They were doing their best to get me heat in my home before the cold spell hit. The entire clean out of my old system and installation of the new one took only 3 days. I had Baldo, Jesus, Andrew and Jose working on getting the old system out and Logan putting in the mini-split. It was amazing to watch how well they all worked together. Everyone on the entire crew was, nice, friendly and courteous. I was asked by each of them if I had any questions, or needed instructions on how to operate the new system. I loved that they cleaned up all messes each day before they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Logan, Baldo, and Jesus came out to my house to fix an ongoing issue we were having with our new fireplace. Not only were they extremely thorough and professional, they were extremely personable and honest. Logan basically took apart my brand new fireplace, determined to figure out the problem, found a NEW part was visibly bent and my heart sank. He immediately told the guys what to grab out of the truck and they got the part working! I had to have a custom flashing for my roof vent and a custom cap for my chimney and they got that done within a day! Also to the sweet woman who called and got everything booked in the main office…. I can’t remember her name, but she was also fantastic to work with!! Highly recommend Avalos Heating and Air!

Beau was extremely helpful in estimating the replacement of my heater and air conditioner. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and broke down the options in a way that actually made sense. No pressure and no upselling, just honest and straightforward service. I really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend, especially since he didn’t run away after seeing my old unit.

The installers came out a few days afterward and did an excellent job. They were courteous, clean, and professional, and they somehow managed to install everything without creating a single mystery mess for me to discover later. The whole process was quick and smooth, and everything works perfectly. Honestly, I wish every home project went this well.

They installed a new HVAC system in my home. They removed and installed new unit in one day. The entire crew introduced themselves and were great at communicating where they were at in the process. They worked diligently until done and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. They were the opposite of most heating and air companies in a good way. What a great experience! Starting with Jose and Beau who did a phenomenal job of not only looking at everything but they were very thorough. checking the whole system, picture and giving great details of what was going on and explaining it all. then came for installation. that teams was also just amazing! Andrew, Baldo, Logan and Jesus. Wow! they were all so nice, polite and they all knew what they were doing. they worked well as a team and the provide excellent service. Great communication from all including their secretary Angel. This team was so very impressive that I cannot say enough good stuff about this team and company. It was fantastic experience from beginning to end. I have a great system installed and I love it!!

So we had an issue where our hot water heater and HVAC heating unit or tighten into the same exhaust line. We have had plumbers and HVAC people out and no one could identify the problem. It was a nightmare. Avalos guys came out and gave us a free estimate and then they sent out their guys Logan, Andrew, and Jesus the following day to do the work. They were able to provide before and after pictures and explained what they did in detail. They made sure that we understood the issues and made our family feel safe. These guys are amazing!
