Another company came out to my house and said I'd need a new $20,000 AC system. Chuck came out, fixed the leak and recharged my refrigerant for a much more reasonable price. He said I should be good for ten years. I'm so glad I got a second opinion.

This company got contracted through my home warranty coverage to fix my broken air conditioner. Got a call from them 3 days later at 5PM and I missed this call due to me being at work. Called them back at 8AM the next morning and they said they sent my contract back to the home warranty company and that they weren’t going to be the company servicing my air conditioner. Don’t use this company unless you can throw everything to the side and answer the phone the second they call.

Once notified their technicians, find the problem and are quick to diagnose what the issue is and come up with a solid solution that is long lasting. Their technicians are also not afraid to explain to myself the consumer what the issue was and how they fixed it and I appreciate getting a better understanding of what type of quality service I’m paying for in that way. The fixes that are made are high-quality and built to last. I feel their services are absolutely worth every dime I spend!

Chuck and Parker came out and were most polite and more than kind and gracious to me in fixing my unit and gave me tips. They were outstanding and I can't say enough about their kindness, professionalism and level of service that was far above what was necessary. I highly recommend them and will now, no longer call anyone else for my HVAC needs.

We came home last night to a puddle in our hallway in a house we bought just last week. My husband discovered that our AC condensation pan was overflowing causing the water leak. I called Palo Duro Heating & Air this morning. Cory showed up faster than I expected and took great care of us. He knows what he’s doing and was very honest about the options we had to fix the problem with our AC and what we could realistically expect from each option.
