Beau was very punctual and professional. Not only was he on time, but he was also very informative, patient, and gave me an idea of what the overall process would entail. You can tell he is knowledgeable by the depth of information he was able to give, and the additional details surrounding the operations of the system show how experienced he is. After all the complications I have had with this house, and all of the many different contractors that have been in and out, some with no kuth whatsoever, it was truly a breath of fresh air to have such a polite, well-mannered, patient, experienced individual perform this job. To say thank you isn't enough, but I am very appreciative of the level of care and service provided.

Beau Taylor was excellent during this visit. Not only was he kind, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the heater inspection. He used clear, relatable analogies to help me understand the issue and was patient throughout the process. I also appreciate his honesty and transparency.

Josue came out and did great with getting our heater going again! He checked several things and made sure everything was working before leaving. He was very personable, and explained what did what and how the system worked when I had questions.

During my repair with technician Josue, I really had an amazing experience. He was courteous, well mannered, knowledgeable, and even educated me about the parts and mechanics of my repair. I enjoyed his friendly demeanor and he provided me great laughs too.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Called on a Sunday due to no heat. Josue showed up within 30 minutes and had the heater back up and running in less than an hour. Josue explained the problem in detail, showed me the faulty part that was being replaced and verified that everything was working perfectly before collecting payment. Would definitely recommend Matthew’s to anybody needing HVAC service.

Isaiah and Jacob removed and replaced my old decrepit system and replaced it with a new 3 ton system. They were excellent at their jobs. Neither one minded me asking them questions as they worked. Great customer service. Mack was great too, he explained the 10 year warranty and what it meant when the thermostat was flashing. Give them a call!

Beau Taylor diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He had me come out to see the problem and explained everything in layman's language. He went ahead and ordered the part and got in touch with my home warranty service. It was delayed due to not being able to get approval from the home warranty. The following day Junior and Josue brought the part and repaired the heater. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Beau came afterwards to check to ensure everything had been done per his diagnosis. He explained it all. He is very professional and courteous and you can tell he enjoys his work and cares about his customers. Stephanie who works in the office is very nice and efficient and takes care of everything immediately.

Beau was my technician and he was awesome! Our heater wasn’t igniting and he came in and found the problem within 5 minutes. After he found the issue, he then went around and made sure all of the smoke detectors were up to date for us. He saw that we didn’t have any carbon monoxide detectors which we thought we did!! Thank goodness he saw that. He was great and we would definitely recommend him snd the company!

Josue` Lujan did a fantastic job helping me receive nice cool blowing air again in my home! He was so nice and also educated me on what to watch for, and how to change my filters! Thank you so much! Will use his services again if needed. Affordable, Timely, Well mannered! Highly recommend.

We called Saturday night when my parents heater stopped working , Josue was nice enough to come out even though it was late already within 15 min he came provided in detail what the issue was and more than likely would need to come back the next day to repair due to needing to obtain a part that was needed for the repair . Josue came out the next day fixed the issue we are grateful for his professionalism and respect he was very knowledgeable. thank you Josue for your patience and time and for explaining thoroughly every detail to my parents. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

Josue was incredibly professional and helpful with our AC problems. An after hours call that took quite a bit of time but he made sure everything was working correctly even checking intake air temps for us. Our second time using Matthew’s and will always be our first call and recommendation.

Matthew's HVAC installed our new HVAC system. They did an outstanding job. All of the employees were kind and courteous. They went above and beyond any expectations we had. Their prices are great. We highly recommend if you are in need of a HVAC services you cannot go wrong with this company. If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, we would definitely give it to them!
