Such a great experience! I called the day after New Years expecting to have someone come out after the weekend, but Joel was able to get Roger out within just 45 minutes and he was able to address our problem! First time using an HVAC company but this will definitely be the call I make first for issues or just regular maintenance!

Grateful to Larry's Heating & Air Conditioning for coming out on a Saturday night; on the coldest night of the year and straightening out our new AC's wiring issues. Joel Baker was super efficient in getting our home toasty and teaching us a couple tricks for cold weather and heating our home. You guys Rock!

Fast, efficient, competent, kind. Would highly recommend to anyone based on my experience. We had an estimate within a couple of hours, and they came out to install the next day. Technicians were great. They answered all questions knowledgeably and explained things I did not understand. Got both units installed within a few hours, and went above and beyond to give great service. Wonderful experience that made a stressful time so much better.

On January 24th, we called Larry’s (as our heater wasn’t warming properly). Due to high call volume, had to leave a message. Joel called us within 10 minutes, discussed our situation and stated a technician would contact us. WHILE SPEAKING WITH JOEL, THE TECHNICIAN WAS ALREADY CALLING ME!! I spoke to Julius Baker, who said he could be at our home within 15 minutes and was true to his word. Julius was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. THANK YOU Joel and Julius. Roger came out an hour after I called for a service call to diagnose problem with my heat pump. He was efficient and professional in resolving the issue. We have been trusting Larry’s Heating and Air for years, ever since they installed our two systems. We highly recommend them.

Our heat went out during the snow storm. I posted on Facebook looking for someone to come out after the company we originally called canceled on us after having us wait several hours with no heat. Larry's replied letting me know what number to call and said they would help. Within about an hour Julius arrived and got the heat going. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly explaining what he was doing along the way. Considering that it is now 10 pm, the price was very fair. Larry's has earned a customer for life!!!

David came out and inspected our entire system to see what we were dealing with. Our heater and AC units were over 25 years old and struggling more and more every season. He was very informative about what we were dealing with, and helped us make decisions on the best route to take with zero pressure to replace, and even helped us troubleshoot trying to get by with what we had even though we knew we were on borrowed time with both. In the end, we decided the best and safest decision was to go ahead and replace them for peace of mind and comfort in our home. We always had plans to replace the entire duct system when we tackled this, so we requested that as well. I cannot emphasize enough how great the quality of care and attention was through the entire process! Everything looks amazing, runs GREAT, and if we would have known the difference the upgrade would have made, we would have done it sooner! After replacing all of the vents in our house, they left the areas they worked in cleaner than when they started! We were very impressed from start to finish! Excellent customer service, products, efficiency and all with a smile! We would HIGHLY recommend Larry's for all of your Heater/AC/Air duct system needs!

Larry’s was very quick to show up when we had our heater go out in our Air BNB house at 11 at night. They temporarily fixed it since it needed parts. They had a great deal on new units for their winter special. We decided to go with a new unit since ours was 11 years old and the part to fix it was going to cost us around the same as getting a new unit. They came out the following day after I gave them the go ahead. Installed everything in 1 day. We highly recommend them! Very quick and awesome customer service! Every worker was very polite!

Larry's Heating & Air is fantastic! We had a well known to Amarillo/Canyon air conditioning company come out last fall to repair the air conditioner, the technician said he couldn't fix it, and they proceeded to try to sell us a new system. We decided to get a second opinion and called Larry's based on their Google reviews. Their wonderful technician, Roger, had it fixed in a couple of hours. The price was very fair, especially considering they saved us thousands of dollars!

After shopping around we chose to use Matthews Heating and Air. They have been fantastic to work with and installed a new ac unit in our home in a quick and timely manner as we have a newborn and needed to act fast.
Beau was very knowledgeable and explained everything very thorough. We love how you have helped us.

We just moved to Amarillo from DFW, 2 weeks after we moved in the furnace stopped heating. I called Matthew’s HVAC, and within 15 min Beau Taylor was in my attic troubleshooting the issue, he found the bad sensor and also took the time to check everything else, the unit was filthy. He cleaned it up for us. Top Notch Service, Highly Recommend!

Matthew’s guys were always on time and super professional. They installed a new system for us and we’ve been really impressed with the quality. They were the best price we could find and still have the exact same high quality equipment other companies were quoting for us. Best part is since it’s a smaller company the owner is a part of the process and even personally did the first start up with us. ( which was after hours in Canyon ) They’re stand up guys and we recommend them to our friends. 10/10

I can’t say enough great things about Matthew’s H-vac. Our lines froze up so we called out a nationwide heating and a/c service company that we have a contract with. They replaced the condenser 2 months ago. They told us our a/c was bad and needed a new one. Beau came out from Matthew’s and inspected everything from head to toe and told us it was fine and nothing needed replaced and freon was good as well! These people are as honest and up front as you can get!!

Called in with an ac unit that wasn't cooling. Stephanie was going to get to sooner but was able to accommodate my reqest for a later time that same day. Beau came out and gave me straight-up diagnosis of what I needed to get me through the summer comfortably. He also was thorough on extra things we can do to make my system last longer including scheduled maintenance and service. Matthew's staff took care of me and have definitely become my heating and air service provider.

I have used Matthew's HVAC 3 times so far(rental property, my personal home, and a client's home). Each time they were extremely responsive, on time, very communicative, and reasonably priced! I recommend to everyone who asks me!
