Abi from Gary’s heating and cooling was awesome. I appreciated his honesty when he noticed something wrong that was done upon construction. I trusted him and he did a great job! We will use Gary’s again and recommend them to everyone in Amarillo!

Abi was extremely knowledgeable about servicing my heating and air conditioning system and humidifier. His performance was outstanding and he is truly a professional.

Marc was very polite and knows his job well. I called for a service call and he was at my house within 15 minutes.

My tech was very nice and polite. He seemed knowledgeable, and I say seemed because I didn't know what he was talking about. I do feel I was charged way too much. 1200 dollars for 3 1/2 hours labor. That is over 300 dollars an hour.

Isaiah handled all my heating system concerns w/ a most prompt, professional and pleasant manner. I noted his proficiency and appreciated his input about the service that Gary’s offers on a monthly basis that would make help keep my H/AC system in good shape.

Crooks. Guessing most these reviews are paid for or family members of employees here. Tech Isiah came out and diagnosed a burnt control board on my 95 year old grandmothers house who is on a fixed income but aren’t we all. Nevertheless he quoted 1300 for the board and 100 to “ open parts house after hours” and 150 for service call after hours.

We paid the service call fee and bought the board on Amazon for 100 bucks and fixed the unit ourselves. Guess he was trying to pay for Christmas with one job. Call these crooks at your own risk, you’ve been warned.

This young man, Lundy, is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues, he found, with our heating system. Never made us feel, he was, rushed, to get to the next job. A valuable employee and like they told us, "there is nothing, Lundy, can't diagnose, and fix, with these heating and air systems. And he certainly did too.
We'd rate our experience 10 stars, if possible.

Edgar and Rondan did an exceptional job with adding insulation to the attic of my home to 18 inches high and being compliant with code. I saw them doing their work throughout their project and it was professionally done. Also these men were very cordial throughout their project. Very impressed with these two men today and very glad to have Gary’s Heating and Air business in Amarillo!!

I wouldn't dare call anyone else to come to my house. Very highly trained and qualified techs. I can also feel very safe with the people they send out. Background checked and drug free! Our tech Lundy was amazing! 20 stars all around. He came in, found the issue gave several very reasonable and cost efficient options. You could tell he was all business and has the knowledge to back it. He was very friendly to boot! Thank you Gary's!

I needed a solution for a couple of areas of my house and thought I needed a separate system for part of my house. After looking at the setup and what I was expecting, Dustin had a very different idea of putting split zones in my home. I’m grateful because now I can stay warm while my other family members can CHILL out. I’m very pleased at how it came out. They sent out quite a few team members to accomplish the job quickly and efficiently. One technician even stayed later to make sure I was properly connected to each thermostat, and knew how to use all components. The whole crew were personable and worked well together.

Bundy was one of the nicest repairman that I have ever dealt with. After some time trying to figure out exactly what was wrong, he explained the problem to us in terms that we could understand & and gave us 3 different options to
repair our air conditioner.

Knowledgeable, understanding of my goals and accommodating to my fickle decision making. Dustin was able to look at the space and help me decide on the best coarse of action (COA) for my HVAC needs. Then when I changed my mind out of the blue he was able to make the switch change COAs and get me the system I needed.
Edgar and Jackson did an outstanding installation. They got my office ready for winter, now I can work in the comfort of a polo not the clutter of a coat. Very professional and didn't even mind the dogs inspecting their work throughout the day.

Dustin is an all around excellent person. He was so personable, friendly and professional. We will definitely stick with Gary's H&AC. I must also say, he was a blessing to the homeowner, Kayla.

Great communication with Gary’s from appointment making, reminders, and service delivery! Aries showed up on time after receiving a call from dispatch that he was en route. Aries was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided feedback on all accounts. We have worked with Gary’s previously and always have a positive experience.

Called Gary's and was able to get a last min appointment that day. Told them I was kind of in a bind over time and they got someone out 3 hours early! Got the issue assessed, part, and replaced in about an hour!
Terrific service and they are very responsive and kept me up to date at ever turn! Definitely recommend!

Today, Dustin did a free air conditioner and heater inspection today and opened two air vents in the living room and kitchen. My home feels warmer now. He did an excellent job and is always friendly and helpful. Thanks so much, Dustin!
