Dustin is amazing! He is knowledgeable, transparent, thorough, trustworthy and dependable. I cannot say enough good things about him and the experience we had working with him on a new AC purchase and installation. By the way we had never met him before this experience, but highly recommend him.

What I appreciated most was that they explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the work being done. It’s rare to find a team that combines quality service with great communication. Today’s experience confirms what we already knew about Gary’s. Top notch customer service! They care about their customers and are always thorough with checking all issues. Isiah was super friendly and timely (because it was after hours) and didn’t leave before finding a resolution. We have had bad luck with HVAC units but know we’re in good hands with the team from Gary’s.
