Larry’s was fast to respond and service my needs! They installed a new hvac unit and a mini split! I have sure enjoyed working with them and the professionals that installed me unit!

I stay for away from this company! On the hottest parts of the summer in 2024. They ac went out and they did have their phone system working properly. I have an elderly person on oxygen in my home and they made multiple excuses for not replacing the system. On that day it went out it was 100 degrees. Stay Away for this company! I would pick anyone but them in Amarillo.

This company is the best! My technician was ANDY and he answered my call after 5:00 pm, was at my house in less than an hour to assess the problem, and came back early the next morning to replace my old AC with a new one. Response time was unbelievable!! ANDY is polite, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and provides above-and-beyond customer service! In addition to installing the new AC quickly, he even pulled the vines that were overcoming the AC area. He installed the new thermostat and showed me step by step how to use it. He is AWESOME and deserves a raise!! My house is cool and comfortable again - YAY! If you need heating or air work - call Larry's (and ask for ANDY) - they truly are an exemplary business.

I had some concerns initially after a recent HVAC service, especially with communication, but the team quickly turned things around. They reached out to address my concerns and were very responsive in resolving the issue. The new management and team have really stepped up, and I’m happy to say my experience ended on a very positive note. The HVAC unit is working perfectly, and the customer service has been excellent. The original heater I had installed broke and Larry's Heating and Air jumped through hoops to get me a replacement under the warranty. It took a while but they came through and installed a new heater for me. They went above and beyond to help me and the workers were just fantastic. I will definitely use them again.

Larry's came out to see why my ac wasn't getting cold, only to find out that my landlord told another lie. He said the unit was "basically" brand new. Which I later found out, it was not. The hard way. I called around a few places, and after speaking with two others, Larry's was by far the most reasonable and the most thorough with inspection of my ac and making sure that I got everything that I needed so as not to encounter further problems. I would highly recommend these guys for all of your needs in either one of our seasonal extremes around here. They were honest, yet reasonable, punctual and I could easily communicate with the tech who came out. He really made me feel just as important as a huge commercial job may have been. All in all I got a brand new unit and excellent service and pricing . My home is much more comfortable and the new unit runs quietly and efficiently, my power bill has actually gone down since the unit isn't working as hard to keep up. Will use these guys again!! Woke up to a very cold house. My son recommended Larry’s Heating and Air Conditioning. They were here in less than an hour, quickly found the problem and fixed it in no time. Andy was the technician. He was very kind and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home. I was very pleased with the price and will recommend this company to all my family and friends!

Very thankful they sent out a great tech after hours, to replace my broken thermostat before the freeze and snow. I had no heat or a/c!

I’ve used Larry’s for two full installs on different properties over the last 5 years as well as regular service calls before the new equipment or for annual checkups. They have always been responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. The owner will go out of his way to ensure you are happy with their service, and the techs have been professional and on time. Further, Larry’s prices are some of the best in town. HVAC equipment prices continue to increase like everything else, but with Larry’s, you can be sure you are getting a fair price on good equipment.

It's 8 o'clock at night in the middle of a snowstorm. And these poor guys come out and help us. I would recommend them to anybody, thanks. Larry's heating and air y'all are awesome.

The fix took way more than originally thought. The guys got the rest of the parts after the sensor didnt work in a very timely manner and stayed for about 15 minutes to make sure that the unit worked correctly before heading to the next emergency.

They did an excellent job installing new HVAC system. I called and got estimates from two other very reputable HVAC installers. So why did I choose Lary’s? Comfort maker is a division of Carrier. I prefer Carrier systems because parts are more available than other brands if there is a warranty issue … my experience, generous warranty of 10 years, The Tech that came out for the estimate presented me with exactly what I needed without trying to upsell me anything else.

Was on time and got my gas valve replaced on my Vomfort Maker furnace. Great customer service and had it running perfect in no time. Good folks and definitely takes care of the home owner!

They were an excellent choice. They went beyond our expectations in trying to fix our furnace. And when it was apparent that we would continue having the problem with each extreme cold spell, we had them put in a new furnace. And we could not be happier. Would highly recommend!
