We have 3 units and all of them required service. I called Davis because our builder had recommended them in the past. I talked to a very knowledgeable and courteous individual and I was surprised by how quickly and efficiently they scheduled by service appointment. When the Davis technicians arrived, they were on time , very courteous and went straight to work. They were very technically knowledgeable and personable and took their time explaining to me all the issues as well as showing me data to confirm their analyses of the systems. They explained the cost which I expected to be high and it was but with the maintenance service agreement most of the cost were covered and parts cost were very low. They were able to service two of my units but my third one had a major leak in the A-Coil. So they scheduled another service for the following week and two different Davis Technicians showed up, which I was not exactly happy with but they were also on time, very courteous and technically knowledgeable. They came in went straight to work and explained everything they were doing. They completed the service expeditiously it was quite amazing based on my experience replacing an A-Coil myself many years ago. Even though the A-Coil was a little costly the customer service, the efficiency, personable attitude and their technical expertise made the experience very enjoyable. Thank You Davis

Tech Frank was awesome. Was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the issue, cause, and options to repair. Got my system going again right away.

Very polite & friendly tech. Performed check-up in a timely manner. Then exclaimed everything he checked and told us furnace was performing perfectly. Very respective of property.

They came out within 24 hours and did repairs on our AC. They were friendly and polite, easy to work with! They took the time to explain everything to me! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I had a technician named Frank come out and help me with my ac problem, he was very knowledgeable and patient with any questions and concerns that I had. Couldn’t have had a better tech come out! Definitely will be calling back and requesting Frank for any further issues! 10/10!

Checked our systems out thoroughly and changed the filters for us. Scheduling was easy and are very responsive. This was part of the annual maintenance checks of our systems before the cooler months in Texas.

Had a representative from Davis come out and check my heater, name was Mike gammoh, wonderful service, was very informative and pleasant the whole visit. Great experience and would definitely recommend Davis heating based on this experience to friends, 5/5 👍

We are loyal client of Davis, been with them since 2020. They provide timely service and came out during the cold weather to resolve our heater issue.

I have used many AC companies throughout the years. Davis, by far, was the best experience. The technician Brett was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and easy to understand. He took care of all our needs and took plenty of time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Rudy came over this morning and fixed a loose duct.
He not only reattached it but he went over and above by reinforcing the support strap and adding another one to make sure the problem did not reoccur.
He was prompt, courteous and very professional.

Matt, with Davis A/C & Heating, was a professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was very helpful and informative with explaining the cause and what needed to be done. We will definitely be calling again if the need arises.

Literally just pulled over to leave this review. February 11 at 6:30-6:40 whatever driver that was driving on 610 near the Richmond exit nearly ran not just myself over but another car. And showed absolutely no remorse. Not a good representation of your company. Please work on your drivers.

Great staff, prompt response. Technician was very nice and polite. Diagnosed the issue and promptly repaired it. Showed me the issue and explained why the issue possibly happened. Office staff was very polite and prompt. Great customer service.

I’ve been using Davis AC since I bought my house almost 10 years ago. I’ve always been very impressed with the level of service and dedication to the customers that the company and their technicians have. Our primary technician, Trey, has taken the time to really get to know us and the system in our house, and always makes the best recommendations on how to keep it running in tiptop shape.

The tech was very knowledgeable and handled my issue in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond and answered AC questions unrelated to the job. I would definitely use this company again!

We had Davis AC come out to do a full install. They arrived promptly and had everything up and running by the end of the day. They were through and ensured everything was working perfectly and cleaned up everything before they left. They also made sure to cover our flooring and stairs so that nothing was damaged. I highly recommend using Davis AC!

I subscribed to the annual maintenance plan for my HVAC and furnace, with my first visit taking place this month. The Davis technician was promptly on time, very polite, professional, and wore overshoes (thank you). He took the time to explain what he was going to do and the results of his work. I highly recommend the company for its good products and good people.

Today I had Rudy come out due to a mechanical concern on the AC unit and Rudy did an amazing job, very professional and knowledgeable about the AC system, troubleshooted the Issue it had to do with the AC return And explain to me in detail what was going on. Highly recommend Rudy for your AC needs. This guy deserves to have a good raise.
