April 15, 2024 was my closing date to move into my new built home. Davis installed my system. In July of 2024, I asked about the humidity on one side of my home. It was warm and I had my parents helping me out while I was going through a big life change. I was told by Davis A/C that there were no issues with the system and the temperature was ok. I have been contacting Davis A/C for two years now trying to get my Lennox thermostat replaced due to it resetting every day, multiple times a day. A year after the first check, my exhaust fan above my toilet in my master bathroom had visible mold growing. I asked Davis A/C to come check it and they resealed the exhaust fan. Months later, more mold was growing. Fast forward to July 2026, Mold has grown in my bathroom. It went from one small spot to my ceiling in the master bathroom, and I had a musty mold smell under my sink, behind my light switches in the bathroom and my bedroom, and mold growing right outside my bedroom. I noticed I had been getting sick more often so I asked a mold expert to come by and it was confirmed that I have mold and needed remediation. Since I have asked Davis to help me with this for 2 years, they tried moving my thermostat and added a return air in my bathroom which actually caused the mold to grow faster. I finally got them to add a vent in my daughter's room. She didn't even want to sleep in there; it was so hot (even in the cold months). Now I have 2 small holes in my wall from the thermostat being moved. Almost 2 weeks ago now, I asked Davis to please change out my thermostat because it's still restarting. Since I cannot afford a mold remediation (over $5k) from a different company, I decided I would be cleaning the mold myself. I asked Davis if they could give me a discounted price for cleaning my HVAC after I clean so I can get a certificate for cleaning the mold and have not heard back for almost 2 weeks. A bad review is the last thing I want to do, but I have no more options.

Terrible service I have ever seen. He came our store to fix our Freezer . Before he came freezer was working at 20F . After his working temperature was 35F . After his job done , he asked 450$ to my employees for nothing . He said i change the parts and it costs 200$ , so he is actually saying it didnt work but i still take your money.

He didnt nothing , our freezer is not working now . I tried to talk him but He never responds my calls .

I will SUE him for overcharging . I have witnesses and video camera records.

Terrible business and horrible work ethic and OUT OF LAW .

They are lazy. We had some work done a couple years ago, we had 2 other people come in a fix their shitty work. Then to find out some of the work wasn’t done.

Super happy with this business. I called with an issue on my MRCool unit. As soon as I described what is going on, he asked me a couple of questions. Told me it sounded like I need to clean my filters. He was right. Didn't charge me a penny even after I told him to send me a bill for the phone call. He could have come out and got me with a service charge, but didn't. Total respect.

I have been a Davis Customer for many many years and never once regretted it. Thank you for the great service you provided for me and my family.

He came by and said the pan was stopped up, he cleaned it for free.
I was impressed with his honesty.
The unit has never worked great, so I asked him to install a new unit.
After they did the install, I went up and looked at it. Wow ! They did an Outstanding job !

We returned home on a Saturday after a week. Thermostats set at 82 before leaving. Upstairs thermostat read 92%. The outside unit was no longer working. Called the Emergency Line. Tech Frank called right back. We received excellent advice on what to do. We stayed downstairs. On Monday, we called the office. Marci arranged for Frank to repair outside unit on Monday! We received outstanding customer service. Both staff were knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Davis A/C!

Although this company has a well-established reputation in the community, the service provided to my mother was deeply disappointing. What should have been a relatively quick repair has turned into a prolonged and frustrating experience due to repeated delays and poor communication yet she already paid for labor.

Despite being told that the necessary warranty parts were available, the repair has been pushed back multiple times without clear explanations. My mother was rarely given proactive updates and had to repeatedly call the office herself, where she was often met with vague timelines and little sense of urgency.

This on top of dealing with the loss of a loved one and people coming to visit while half the house is at an unbearable temperature.

For someone relying on her air conditioning during extreme temperatures, this lack of responsiveness has created unnecessary stress and discomfort. A company of this caliber should uphold a higher standard of professionalism, but in this case, the customer service and repair time has fallen far below expectations.

Love this AC company. Original installers of home AC and heating units. Have used as maintenance service contractor since. Always professional and spot on with maintenance and repairs.

Our AC went out about 8pm. Got in touch with Davis AC and a technician (Frank) showed up around 1pm the following day. The capacitor had blown up. Frank changed it out and got the AC running again in no time. Frank was courteous and efficient. Thanks to Davis AC we are no longer miserable in a hot house.

We have used Davis a/c and heating for over 15 years and they consistently deliver terrific service. They have completely upgraded our hvac over the past several months. Sean, Roberto and the installers did an. Excellent job and were here until it met their high standards. We couldn’t be any happier.

Davis did a great job with our new AC installation last year. This month we had our first maintenance checkup and it went well. The day of the appointment they were early, thoroughly checked everything and changed out the filter for us. Punctual and great service!! Thank you, Davis!!

My AC failed on friday night, I called Davis Saturday morning, my AC was up and running by 4 o'clock. I've always gotten prompt,courteous, friendly, and helpful service from the office staff. The
HVAC service staff are always on time, answers all questions, give advice on upkeep, friendly, and gets the job done. I am very satisfied with Davis AC.

Amazing service every time I've had an issue. I woke up to the AC not cooling when the temps were going to be in the mid 90s today. Called Davis first thing and they had someone out in a couple of hours. Everything is fixed and their tech Patrick was great! This company was recommended to me by a good friend and I would 100% extend that recommendation to others.

My HVAC system had struggled along with patches and bandaids provided by home warranty- Davis came in and when they advised I needed a new system for multiple reasons (35 year old furnace being one of them) I knew I could trust their recommendation. Now with new outpost, indoor, heater units in place I don't know why I waited so long...u/v light in plenum, bleach tablets in drain tube- everything top notch! Excellent work DAVIS AV!
