My AC had been misdiagnosed and sabotage by another big company with very poor customer care and poorly trained technicians. I spent 12 hours in the sweltering heat in my home because the competitor tech left my AC turned off.

The Adon techs were thorough, courteous, professional and got my AC working while educating me and keeping my apprised at every step!

I'm so happy with the service that I cancelled my family plan with the other company and signed up with Adon for future HVAC care for my home! I'm beyond pleased and I'm cooler now too! 😎

We had a wonderful experience with the man that came to check our air conditioner guy! He explained what he was going to do and went to work and took care of it! He then talked to us about what he found and explained that we needed to renew and that we needed a part to put with the air conditioner to help the airflow! Thank u for sending him! From our first meeting with the inspection of our old system to the second meeting of different packages and options and financing choices for our new system.
Jacob was very informative as well as knowledgeable about the equipment and the installation process.
He was Here on the day of installation to ensure that all promises made and requirements that were requested, were done.
Jacob is a true example of professionalism as well as the installation crew that performed the work. It has only been one day but we are very happy with our decision.

Our experience was fantastic! We were told our tech would not be here for multiple hours and he was here in less than an hour and was able to diagnose the problem in under 10 minutes. He had clear communication, fully explained everything including what caused the part to go bad, and outlined our options. Never was there an ounce of condescension or judgement from him.
