This business was such a blessing. We had one tech come out a couple of weeks ago to look at why our freezer and ice maker weren't working. He tried one repair and let us know this particular fridge had this known issue. It was the most affordable repair and to call again if it didn't work. We let them know the next day it hadn't fixed it and they asked to come back out. We let them know we wouldn't be able to pay until next Friday. The owner came by today and fixed it with another repair that took three times as long. We were worried about the cost and again let them know we couldn't pay until payday. Our daughter drew him a picture while he was here and handed it to him. At the end, the owner let us know that we wouldn't owe anything and held up the picture and said "this is all the payment I need right here. Merry Christmas" As a family of 4 little ones, money is always tight. We were brought to tears. We will always use Zoom from now on. Excellent customer service.

Zoom came out to fix my Bosch Dishwasher. They were professional and even fixed what prior repair people messed up. They gave me helpful tips and did not try to upcharge me. Their prices were very reasonable. They are my go to repair company.

We had Ethan out to fix our frig. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and actually helped us with another issue we had with another appliance. We will call them again.

I called ZOOM for my LG refrigerator repair. Heather answered the phone and quickly got me an appointment in record time. The technician name Tom came the next day and diagnosed my problem.
I needed a new part which he ordered that evening to be delivered overnight. The next day he called me and said he had the part and he came over and fixed it quickly.
I was more than impressed with the wonderful service that I got from ZOOM. Everything works so smoothly. I will definitely use zoom for all my future Appliance Repair needs. Way to go guys!!!

Both technicians came out. Fixed the washing machine and dishwasher. Fully explained everything including all questions we had. They came again a few weeks later and installed W/D pedestals. Answered questions again. Very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, kind, thoughtful, and a pleasure to talk to. They never made me feel rushed as I asked multiple questions. They even happily showed me anything to clarify whatever I may have been confused about. Took their time and made sure I didn’t need anything else. We HIGHLY recommend this company and I’ll be requesting the same 2 guys for any future appts. Thank you ZOOM!!

Zoom appliance is prompt, professional and highly knowledgeable! Friendly customer service. Ethan came out and cleaned the dryer vent, checked the vent on the roof, replaced a vent that burned and checked the dryer for damage. I cannot thank them enough for top notch service. My Samsung fridge wasn't cooling. Zoom Appliance Repair was recommended on NextDoor so I decided to give them a try. Ethan C. was the tech that showed up and on time. Ethan was very courteous and professional. His knowledge was on point and the job was complete within an hour. I feared the worst but the job was completed within an hour and I thought the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend Zoom and will call them again if needed, but hopefully not. Kodos to Ethan!!!

They don't make appliances like they use to. I have a 7 year old May Tag washing machine that started to give LF Errors even while doing a test run. It had a few things on YouTube to fix, but decided to call a plumber. The plumber I called (Micah's) was kind enough to refer me to Zoom Appliance since they did a heck of a job with their appliance, that was the first good impression. The same day I called Zoom and they scheduled Tommy (the owner) to come out. They notified me when they were coming and was on time, 2nd good impression. Ethan, (Tommy's son) found the solution, and had the part available. He was able to get the washer working good as new within an hour. Seriously good as new, even better than what it was doing a week ago! Not only that, he took a courtesy inventory of the appliances (dryer, stove, dishwasher and Fridge) in case something happens in the near future to them they'll know what we have in case of needed parts they will know (last great impression!). It's good to know we have great folks like Zoom Appliance (family business) to trust and give you a fair quote and get you up and running quickly to get you out of a jam!

Zoom was fantastic with fixing my refrigerator problems. The crew was extremely polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Zoom again for any future appliance problems. I’ve also recommended them to my neighbor. They’ve earned my trust!

Zoom has provided great service both times I've used. Ethan was skilled and explained all associated issues along with the cost if applicable. He made quick work of the issue and had our dry working in no time at all.

New visit 8/2024: Again, had a great experience. Ethan was on time, quick to get the job done, courteous. And had the parts I needed with him! Will definitely call again when I needed.

2022: Tommy was wonderful, courteous, and wore a mask to keep my family safe during this pandemic. He fixed my ice maker and it works great. He also was honest enough to tell me my dishwasher was beyond repair instead of throwing money at a useless cause. I would definitely recommend him, and I have! Thanks Tommy!

Zoom was the best company ive ever used fast and friendly will never use anyone else!

Both my washer and dryer broke. I was super freaking frustrated. So I called Zoom they came out and let me know I needed to replace both. The washer could be fixed but the inner drum was on back order. When they left I thought and thought and was kind of upset. Why not try and get it replaced. So I called Maytag and got the inner drum ordered. It was on back order but they said should be here end of February. In the meantime my present for Valentine's day was a new washer and dryer.

I was going to replace the drum on my old washer and keep it. It is now well into March-3 weeks later and still no inner drum. So Zoom was right- it needed to be fixed but good luck type of situation. Better just to buy one that works.

I have to say that by looking at the reviews, I knew I had to give Zoom a call. I love to call and work with family owned businesses, only because they don’t jerk around their customers. I just spoke with Ethan, whom is repairing my washer, and he was very kind, pleasant, on time and had me a quote in just a few min. He gave me a quote that was within my budget as an early Christmas present. lol.. I would highly, highly recommend Zoom Appliances for all of your needs. Great company! Very professional. Identified problem quickly. Ordered part i needed and was back to do repair in a few days. They made sure to tell me they have 90 day warranty and would be happy to come back if i had any problems! They communicated well via text and phone and came promptly when they said would. I’ll use them again. Very personable company!
