This was the best experience. Ricky Smith is extremely knowledgeable and so pleasant. Quick repair of an outdoor faucet that froze in the cold weather. Highly recommend.

Ricky Smith was on time if not early and did a tremendous job with the installation of our whole house water filtration system. I highly recommend Ricky and Umbrella Plumbing!

Great work. Fair pricing. Very punctual.

Ricky was awesome. I’m on a tight timeline to get a home in shape for an elderly parent coming home from the hospital. Broken pipes and who knows what else he’d find. Not only fixed my issue, had great advice on my plans to get to next stages as the home now has water. Great prices and he’s realistic with recommendations. Will 100% use again and highly recommend!

Highly recommend Umbrella Plumbing. Ricky is professional, honest and great at his job. Also was right on time advising me as to his arrival.
I will always recommend him when anyone asks for a plumber

Umbrella and Ricky are the best! I’ve used him several times and he’s always fair, professional, and on time.

Ricky was on time and was very friendly. He took care of our issue and even provided help with an additional issue as well. We recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber to help with their issues.

I called Rick and explained my problem. He did advise I could fix it myself, but if I twisted the pipe like my neighbor did, I would be in a mess. He said if he twisted the pipe, he had a tool to extract it. I opted to let him fix it. Bim,Bam ,Boom fixed no problem and even added an extra a small adapter to make sure it seated good. So if you have a faucet to freeze, don't make the mistake my neighbor did and have to remove 8 bricks to fix. Call Rick. He will definitely be my go to plumber. Shows up when he says he will be there.
Thanks Rick. Umbrella Plumbing.!!!!!!!

I have used Umbrella Plumbing company For all my plumbing needs over the past year. Ricky has been extremely professional, fair and honest with me. I totally trust him for all my plumbing needs.

Umbrella Plumbing replaced our contractor grade tub & toilets that had been installed during original construction. Ricky very patiently & professionally worked through the challenges discovered behind walls due to the builder taking short cuts. I am 100% confident Ricky fixed their mess and our bathroom is BETTER than new. Great Value & Integrity, Thanks Umbrella Plumbing!

Can't say enough about Umbrella Plumbing. Ricky is upfront with pricing, honest, and does a great job. Wouldn't call anyone else!

Ricky is always great to work with. I've used him 3 times now. Always professional, courteous, on time, and explains everything up front including possible extra charges that might be encountered.

I believe Rickey is an honest person. Came on time and did the job himself.

Umbrella did an awesome job for us connecting a natural gas grill to the exterior stub out. Definitely not a job for the diy folks. On time and very professional, I would highly recommend them for whatever plumbing or pipework that you may need. We will most certainly use them again.

Ricky was helpful, always on time, and did exactly what he said he would do. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had a solution and scheduled us quickly. They had to dig under our slab, which was done neatly, restored, and the repair was fixed with photos provided to us showing the work as it proceeded. I would recommend this company to anyone

Umbrella Plumbing did it again! I had a water heater go out in a rental last week, and Ricky answered my questions, charged a fair price without upcharging, and replaced it quickly with no mess or inconvenience to me or my tenant. Highly recommend!

Called early morning for a clogged toilet. Ricky answered and was out later the same day. Very pleased with service and results

I recommend Umbrella Plumbing. They are responsive, on time, honest, and talk through the whole problem and options to resolution. They are my go-to for plumbing.

Umbrella Plumbing is the best! Very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and leaves the area very clean. Definitely my go to plumber.

Ricky is the kindest, trustworthy, and most hardworking plumber I’ve ever hired to do work on my house. He flushed my hot water heater and did an excellent job of installing a water softener that I was in desperate need of. What an excellent experience working with him, and he’s a great person overall!

Ricky made our fix quick and easy, and in the end everything looks better, too! Easy to work with. Will definitely call him again!
