$5,500 repair in April 2022 to replace heat strip, capacitor, float switch and perform general maintenance due to water damage (condensation) and electrical issues. This December our heat went out and was tripping breakers. When I hired a different repair company they found AirView left the rusted service breakers in the attic unit and they were failing, go figure!

This should not have happened. I am now out $450 to fix something that should have been done almost 3 years ago. Glad my house didn’t burn to the ground.

Never again.

Our ac unit was making a loud noise during the extreme cold weather and Charles from Airview AC knew just the fix for it. As usual their service was outstanding and had us fixed in no time! I can’t say enough about Airview AC’s Great service!!

Charles did a great job. He showed me exactly what the issue was and described how it can be corrected and then got me a quote. He then verified the heat strips were working correctly.

Heater went out during the worst winter storm of the year. Tech came out to find out why on the next day after I called. He was very knowledgeable on the issue and very professional. They had to order the parts and came out the next day the parts came in. Great service and I will use them again.

I had a great experience with Airview AC. They responded quickly, arrived exactly when they said they would, and kept me informed every step of the way. The communication was excellent and the service was efficient and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs.

So I got a call from them today to let me know our part had arrived and that we are first on work order status so hopefully by 930 or so we will have regular heat and not have to run on emergency mode! They have gone above and beyond tracking the part and keeping me informed as to whereabouts. I am so so thankful to them for getting us taken care of before this bad weather sets in. 5 out if 5 for their rating today and if it was a higher scale they would get higher rating. I don't give a five out of five just for funsies. Early this morning 4:00 a.m. My house smelled like burning rubber. Quick Google search later and I turn my heater off. Called Airview and Veronica (I think that was her name) a fantastic dispatcher put me on a route first thing in the morning. Jason came out promptly found the issue, and lick the split got it all figured out. Competency, and customer service mean a lot to me, therefore I completely recommend Airview If you have anything going on with your HVAC system. Well done, truly appreciate you taking care of us during our one and only snowmageddon of the year.

We have never had an ac company that is as thorough as AirView. The tech I think Joshua was awesome, communicated extremely well with us.

I received a call from one of the owners of the company and she explained that the original proposal in 2024, the pricing quoted was incorrect. I was impressed that she took the time to reach out. I changed my reviews to 5 stars. The owner took time out of her day to call me and explain the error. That inspires trust in this company.

The maintence visit was fine. What was terrible was the same fix proposed last year doubled in price this year.

Recently used Airview AC to do a duct cleaning of my home because I’ve had lots of construction so the dust has been a lot. The crew was super thorough, and very clean. They covered everything really well and took their time in each room. They also explained everything in detail so I felt like I knew exactly what they did and what to expect. The vents looked incredible and brand new once they were done! Would use them for any future repairs and maintenance! Quick and convenient scheduling too.

We were having issues with our heat pump freezing up during an ice storm. We contacted Airview and they sent out their tech same day. The tech, Michael, is amazing! He was very professional and honest. He identified the problem quickly, explained what it was, and fixed the issue at a reasonable cost. It is hard to find a good honest Heating/AC repair company as there are many out there that are overpriced, dishonest, and just have no clue what they are doing. Airview has proven that they are a good, honest company with trained honest professional technicians that can get the job done at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing repair.

Airview is always great! I have been using them for a few years, they always get someone out right away! They are on top of their game always! William was no different got right to work and let us know all was good! This was a twice a year checkup. Well worth the money!

In January of 2022, I selected Airview AC to replace my system after meeting with several other authorized Trane dealers. They were by far, the best choice at the time and the remain the best choice for system maintenance today. Their technicians are professional. Their maintenance contract is very reasonable. And their follow up keeps me from forgetting to schedule what must be done. They won my business back in 2022. They continue to earn my business. And I highly recommend them to friends and acquaintences. I have never been disappointed.
