Prosper Air is the best. No price gouging. They have integrity. They just replaced my upstairs 3 ton A/C unit. Got two other bids that gave me stomach issues. Quality work! When they finished they reduced price from quote due to not having to replace two parts. Can imagine the price gouging companies not doing same.

Tabitha owner of Prosper Air has been servicing my clients, family & friends for years. This week w two of the hottest days reaching mid 90’s our A/C motor blower went out. Tabitha came out after hours diagnosed it and had it replaced within 24 hrs. I highly recommend her. For all you HVAC needs.

Tabitha was prompt, friendly and professional. She serviced our two HVAC systems and her labor costs were very reasonable. I will certainly use her services in the Future.

I was a Prosper Air customer from 2015 through 2023.

Last July, our AC went out on a holiday. I couldn't get a hold of them (no issue there, it was a holiday) and they returned my call a day later and stopped by. At that point, I'd already had the air handler fixed by a larger company as it was urgent due to having a 1-yr old in the home. That other company recommended a full air handler replacement. As I was a Prosper Air customer, I asked them to give me a second opinion. They did, and agreed it should probably be replaced as it was coming up on 8 years old and had a leak. They sent me a quote by email. I chose to go with their replacement as they have done good work before, and treated us well.

My email response to that quote was the last time I had any effective communication with them. Tabitha has been totally unresponsive to calls, text messages, and emails. I contacted her over the course of FIVE months to try and get the replacement scheduled. Every 4-5 emails/texts she would say "oh yea I still have this scheduled and will get back to you..." A few months later, I just got tired of it and changed AC company. My new company is super responsive, and have provided perfect service.

Prosper Air, you need to do better. You lost an 8-year customer. Hire someone to take your calls and do the scheduling. Be responsive and don't lie to people. You'll run out of customers if you treat customers the way you treated me.

Prosper Air is the absolute best company to work with. We've had Tabitha servicing our house for several years now. We do bi-yearly maintenance with them. And any time we have ever had an issue she is quick to show up and fix us up. And don't get me started about the pricing.....they are incredibly reasonable!

I can honestly say that the team at Prosper Air is exceptional. They are honest, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. Most importantly, they deliver on their word. I have been working with Brandon‘s comfort specialist since 2005 when I had them replace the crappy builder supplied AC units. I was pleasantly surprised that my ROI was several years quicker than what I had budgeted, but also that I was able to keep our house at a much more comfortable temperature while doing so. But more importantly, using them at that house as well as two other homes for annual maintenance services Continues to prove to be incredibly beneficial. This company is incredibly trustworthy and I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. My latest service was done by a young man, I think his name was Braden was unbelievably professional, courteous, and very communicative through the entire process. He went out of his way to spenda little extra time to try to find part numbers and other ways to help us with potential warranty service and make sure that we did not pay more than we needed to. Definitely someone you want to use for your AC services!

Great punctual service. Tyler is awesome. He found that my system only needed a minor fix and it’s blowing cold again on a hot Texas summer day. We don’t call anyone else!

Daniel was great! He happened to be available early, and called me to see if that was more convenient. He had the system open and diagnosed in less than 20 minutes, and had time to answer some other A/C questions that I had. I'll definitely be calling again!

We have been using Brandon’s Comfort Air for several years and are very satisfied with their service. They come out twice a year for biannual maintenance and have worked with our extended warranty company whenever a repair is needed.

Just had my heating system annual servicing from Tri-County Air Care. It went well. The service technician (Kyle), was friendly, courteous, and professional. Me, knowing that my system has been working perfectly all season, it was nice to hear the technician say my system did not need this or that questionable repair or replacement which would have been an additional cost. This has not always been the case with other companies I have dealt with over the years as a home owner. Thanks Kyle and Tri-County!

Stoney, Raul and Raul Jr. did an amazing job. Took great care of us. Were great to deal with and honest. My wife said they were probably some of the most respectful people she has ever meet while they were working on the unit. Would highly recommend them and will certainly be calling these guys in the future for any repair needs.

Very happy with the service this company has given. They do an affordable bi annual preventative maintenance plan and I have had them out for whole home dehumidifier issues. The company is quick and gets the job done right. If I have an issue, they are great and I feel they have an ethical approach. Not the absolute cheapest I have found for service (still reasonable) but their techs have been professional and knowledgeable which is great because I have had other companies send guys who aren't. Special shout out to Daniel who is a great tech for us and gone the extra mile for the service calls we have had him for.

In 2015 we purchased our first family home and unfortunately in 2016 our AC/Heater unit went down. We been with this company ever since. They are trust worthy, reliable, and above all they treat you like family. They service my unit twice a year making sure I have AC in the summer and heat during the winter. The staff is super friendly and the technicians are awesome. Proud to be a happy customer.

I had my annual service, and they were great. Besides checking my system, I asked them if they could change the filter since I couldn't climb up the scary ladder up to the attic. They not only changed it, but brought the filter so I didn't even need to go to Home Depot and hope that I got the right size.
