Add an air-conditioning problem. Called and got a same-day appointment. Technician showed up on time. Fix the problem fairly quickly. Did not try to upsell. Very happy with service.

We’ve been very happy with Polaro/Brandon’s Confort since we switched to them last year. Their pricing is competitive, they’re easy to schedule and communicate with, and the technicians are fantastic.

My HVAC was inspected for heat for winter. Taylor did a very good job inspecting all the parts and cleaning my filter. In addition, he checked the vents for air flow and temperature and afterward even explained how he cleaned each part of the heater and how the parts looked. Excellent job👍

Was particularly impressed with the technican - Tyler. He took the time to explain to me, in detail, what the inspection detailed, why the things he did are important to our safety and potential things to look for down the road as these system age. I've been using Brandon's for many years and would not consider using another firm. Tyler's work today only reinforced my decision.

Had my AC go out the other day and they came same day, within a few hours of calling, to diagnose the issue. The technician figured out the issue and they got the part ordered. It took a little while for the part to come in, but as soon as it came in they were out the following day to fix my AC unit. The technician then went ahead and did my fall maintenance check since he was already out there and didn’t have to make a separate appointment for that. They did a great job!

We recently had our A/C vents cleaned after winning the service through a raffle, which was a nice surprise. The team was punctual, friendly, and professional throughout the process. They explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and were respectful of our home.

We lost heat to our home in the evening, with temperatures in the low 30s! And with a toddler. I called the next morning and They were able to have a specialist out to our home less than 2 hours after I called. They troubleshooted the problem quickly and got our heating unit back up and running! Thank you for your prompt and great customer service. We will be using this company again in the future!

My rental property management used this company to come mop up a mess that the prior company they used created. The technician that they sent out was very nice, trustworthy and fixed my problem on the first visit.

Tyler came out to our house because our system was running continuously but was only blowing cool air. I called Tri-County/Brandon’s on Thursday morning and Tyler was at the house about 3:30, then had us fixed up within 30-45 minutes! He was as kind and polite as you could hope for and was very respectful of both my 91yo mom and me. He even went back into the attic to change the air filter after he had already closed it up!! I really appreciated that!! This time it was a very simple fix and I’m SO grateful I had called Tri-County/Brandon’s!! Do yourself a favor if you need HVAC help! You won’t be sorry!!!

Had both the heating system replaced, then a few years later had the ac replaced. Both times they were very punctual and attentive to our needs. Would definitely use again.
