I promise they are not paying me to write my reviews but finding a HVAC company that consistently provides great service for years is like finding a dentist you love - takes many attempts to find the one. Tyler came out for our annual heater maintenance and as they always do, explained the process thoroughly and gave us peace of mind that we’re all set for whatever this Dallas winter might bring.

06/05/2025 - Raul and his partner inspected all 3 of our units to make sure they were running at peak performance. They always take the time to go over the results of each step with me. I also appreciate how they keep you updated on their ETA so you’re not wondering all morning when they might show up. We’ve been customers for almost 10 yrs now and always receive great service.

UPDATED 09/13/2024 - Brandon’s continues to be the best. Who can say they love their AC Company - I can! Tyler came out for our annual AC maintenance service on our 3 units. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and even gave us tips on how to get our system to perform more efficiently.

We have been using Brandon’s for over 6 yrs now. They have the nicest office staff and technicians. Teon was out to our home for our semi-annual maintenance and is so courteous and professional every time. He even offered take our dirty filters out to the trash. Who goes above and beyond like that these days?

Daniel was very helpful. Arrived quickly. Found the problem and got me a couple repair options very quickly. I recommend this team!

I had 2 units malfunction during the recent cold snap. The first unit stopped working at 9pm…I called at 10pm and spoke to their message service (a real person). Brandon’s called me first thing in the morning and were at my door at 8:45am. My unit was up and running by 9:30am. The next morning my other unit was acting up Brandon’s had a tech at my house in an hour. He swapped out my circuit board (had a unit on the truck) in 20 minutes. Both units are working great now. The techs were polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

A very nice fellow came out to check our problem with the thermostat, and, of course, the problem was us! Someone turned a light switch either on or off in the attic, and it turned the power off to the thermostat. We love being senior citizens! At any rate, the service was great. A very dependable company.

I was beyond impressed with Tyler from Tri County Air / Polaro Group. He came out to diagnose and repair an issue I was having with my AC unit, which was leaking into the ceiling of my master bathroom. I had previously called a couple of other AC companies, but I was not satisfied with how they wanted to handle the situation.

Tyler was a completely different experience. He thoroughly assessed the problem, explained everything to me in detail, and made sure I truly understood what was causing the issue. He even showed me photos and videos on the spot, walking me through exactly what was going on. His communication was clear, professional, and educational.

I had to call for an emergency situation last year when my previous provider no longer serviced my area. They have always been prompt and professional! I now have regular checks done to prevent any future emergencies. Daniel is my service guy and he’s always prompt, courteous, and loves on my puppies before leaving.

We have been using these guys for years and we will continue to do so with the great customer service provided.

The only thing I do not like about this Company was that I signed my name to a paid invoice which I should, but a quote was sent to me through my email in regards to other fixes to my AC unit and my signature was on there as well. I did not sign that quote. It made me feel like I was obligated to something I did not sign up for. Now I don't know if that is normal or not but I don't like that. Now to the service: Jace was the quiet one and I think he was with bud. I'm sure that's not correct. They were both amazing, nice and professional. I am a women of many questions and they all were answered. I had more but I was working. I would use those two again thats how comfortable they made me feel and of course they fixed the problem so I am grateful to them both.

These guys are pros better than anyone I’ve ever used. I’ve been in business for 14 years and I’ve dealt with a lot of different Companies that have taken advantage. I do not feel taken advantage of by these guys they come in and quickly fix the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has refrigeration or air conditioning problems.

We were having multiple issues with our HVAC system in our Plano house. Daniel did a great job! He was thorough and explained everything about our AC system.

We appreciated Roy coming out to get our brand new heater going for the upcoming cold months! He was prompt and courteous. He was also gracious enough to let us know that our filters needed changing and gave us a link for buying them. I am thankful he let us know that a few filter changes (with a new system) is necessary as I had no idea. I was suprised by this because they have always been cleaned when the tech comes to service. I’ll do my homework and figure out what system I have so I can change out the filters.

Stony came out after ice storm . Found problem either heater . Part needed to be ordered kept on EM heat waiting for part. Vendor gad problem obtained part. Brandon has been great about keeping me informed. The technicians are great to work with as well as the Staff!!

IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD. Let me just start by saying I first used this company in 2023 to replace several parts on my outside unit. They were less expensive than several other companies that quoted and they were FAST and communication was amazing. Fast forward to this past Sunday, my indoor blower motor went out and I immediately thought to call this company but I could not find their information from my 2023 service call so I ended up calling another company, CRAZY AC GUY, which was a BIG MISTAKE because they came out and not only did they not communicate for days, give me a HUGE QUOTE OF $1375, showed up days later with the wrong part, etc. they also argued with my husband and myself about it when we cancelled the service call.. so I did some deeper digging and found my old invoice from Brandon's Comfort Specialist and called after hours and was dispatched to Stoney who even though it was late, went out of his way to go to his warehouse and see if he could find the part I needed which he ended up not having but I explained my situation to him, and that we had been without AC for days, and have small children and he gave me his clear game plan of what he would do to do to fix it. The next morning when I called the office, they informed me Stoney was already near DFW picking up my part, and before noon that same day Stoney and another technician showed up and fixed my AC within 20-30 minutes. They were kind, compassionate - and AS importantly - THE TOTAL COST WAS LESS THAN $700. Brandon's Comfort Specialist DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE of hardworking families like other local companies do. Very pleased with the level of service. Daniel did a great job. On a past visit the A coil was replaced due to multiple leaks, one much larger than the rest. That system is running well 6 months since replacement. He was on time for the appointment. On past visit he identified a capacitor that was weak and I made that replacement. He verified all capacitors were functioning at the correct values on this last visit too.

Daniel was awesome! He was flexible with arrival time so that I could make sure I had coverage at work. When he arrived he was polite, got straight to business, determined the issue, and made a temporary fix until they can get the part! Looking forward to my new circuit board and cool AC again 😀

Our AC died late morning and by mid afternoon, Tyler diagnosed the problem and was able to demonstrate the various issues to my husband. He replaced the dead parts and had us cooling down on a HOT and muggy august day in north Texas. - all within 30 minutes. Brandon's Comfort Specialists were awesome!

Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable helping us fix our AC unit. He also spent time talking to us about different ways to maintain and protect our unit for future use. Very cost effective relative to their peers. Would highly recommend!
