Gabriel showed up within a half days noticed to repair a water leak on the main line I had. He quickly located and repaired the problem. He was courteous, friendly, and hard working! Everyone I spoke to and worked with from the front staff to the field (Justin and Gabriel) at Honest were very friendly and transparent. I would highly recommend Honest heating,air, and plumbing for any work going forward!

Gabriel was fantastic! He treated my home like his own, taking his time to do the job really well.
He installed new valves for the hot water lines under our kitchen sink, and put in a new point-of-use hot water system (our old one broke). When he gave the original quote, he helped me understand all that he would be doing and didn’t pressure me to make a decision at all. When he did the job, he continued to be very kind and courteous.

Frank came out and serviced my tankless water heater. He was very informational and resourceful. Explained why my water heater was having an issue. Frank was also very polite. Would definitely recommend Honest home service. Keep up the good work!

Consistent excellent services from Honest Home. Our AC had stopped working, and I called Honest Homes over the weekend, and our technician, Devorian "Devo" came out to check on it on Monday (I opted for non-emergency scheduling). Devo was very helpful, respectful and kind and is an expert at what he does. He deftly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the same day, all within an hour and a half of his arrival, even though it turned out to be a manual job due to our home's older drainage system. Thought I would have to wait for it to be fixed, but I was pleasantly surprised that we had cool air and an up and running system by the end of the appointment. I'm grateful to Devo and the Honest Homes team and I'm very happy with my decision to choose them!

Mina came to the rescue I had a leak under my house and neither me or yhe builder was able to figure out the problem he helped me fix it same day no problem and it’s not the first time he would help with emergency situations without more damages to my property.. highly recommended great communication and highly experienced

These guys are amazing. I had to reschedule on Lance twice and he was super accommodating and understanding. When him and Joseph came out they were honest and fair. Professional plumbing is never cheap, but quality work is worth the money. I appreciate the crew at McBride & Sons for repairing leaky pipes and valves, and all other things toilet related. While maybe in the past I would’ve braved a DIY project they did it right and saved me hours/days of frustrating trial and error and trips to the hardware store. They were done quickly and left the work areas spotless. Thanks!
