We have used McBride and Sons for years. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. We know we are in good hands anytime we need their services!

Let me start with we had great experience up until this point with McBride. Had a slab leak and the team indicated they could not drop the line on the exterior wall and had to tunnel. It cost over 13k to tunnel and after consulting with three other companies it was clear we lost close to 10k on going the tunnel route. We are replanning the entire house for 25k and now know the leak should have been closer to the 3-5k range. Good lesson to always get several quotes.

We had a natural gas quick-connect installed for our home portable generator, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mike and Sam were punctual, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The work was clean and professional, and the price was very fair. It’s hard to find contractors this reliable—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

This service was a referral from a trusted friend. I had a kitchen sink disaster that was what we both later realized was not a "Honey Do" but a "Honey Never again"! Matthew came to the rescue and was very prompt, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will use them again if needed and DEFINATLEY would refer them to anyone needing a good plumber.

Rushed attempt to determine cause of leak, charged me ~$300 without determining cause of leak and wanted to rebook another appointment the following day and charge again for another call.
Felt like I was an inconvenience and just another opportunity for him to bill someone.

They were great. Came the same day I called, explained everything before doing it, and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Update for anyone searching for a “plumber” like I did…ended up hiring CR plumbing due to the reviews from neighbors and google.

We knew the outside hose spigot broke during the last little freeze when we noticed water coming through the garage floor. I found (what I thought) would be a reliable and honest plumber. Nathan arrived and told me the part would be $300 to replace. Me knowing the part is only $40ish, I figured they were just making up for the trip charge of $99, which gets credited when you agree to service. I agreed to the $300, signed the waiver, moved on. He said it would be done in 15 min. I quickly got a call and he showed me the part was broken off inside the wall, which quickly rose my bill to over $1,000. $300 for the original hose spigot replacement, $99 for drywall, and $600 for the repair and replacement to the inside hosing. The job was done and finished in under an hour. In my opinion that was an absurd amount of money for parts that cost less than $100 and a less than an hour of work. To top it all off, after the job was done (on his end) he informed me he didn’t replace or repair the drywall so I now have a huge hole in my garage needing to be taped and bedded. I sure hope Nathan is receiving a commission on what that local owners pricing rates are. My advise, if your able, shop around. I thought hiring local was better than going with the big box branded companies, 100% not the case!

Travis at CR Plumbing provided possibly the best service I have ever received. What I thought would be a $300 - $800 job was nothing charged because he added air to an expansion tank and wants me to see if that made a difference to the PSI on my plumbing system. When most charge $80 just to step onto your property CR Plumbing shows it cares for its neighbors and their budgets. Thanks Travis for your help and also teaching me more about my home plumbing.

Very disappointed in the service. After coming to my home they said they are unable to work on my tankless water heater due to its age.

Additional information: unfortunately no one told me that the service charge would be $245 and no one said they wouldn’t be able to service the tankless water heater on my initial call for service.

It’s interesting that I can order parts and have done so and the parts are from the manufacturer. The manufacturer support line still provides troubleshooting support and their technician supplies the part numbers for replacements. It’s interesting that a home owner can call and get support but your technicians are unable to

As many other plumbing companies, you are only interested in selling a new system to make more money and not willing to do the work!

Christian was excellent. Arrived on time, very professional, friendly, and efficient. He took the time to explain what was going on and ideas to prevent future drainage issues. Highly recommend CR plumbing. Christian was top notch!

Had issues with heat pump system (heat mode). Called in the late afternoon and had a technician (Ian Conrad) dispatched here early next morning. Ian was professional, courteous, competent, and thorough. He did an outstanding job of troubleshooting and identifying the problem. I would definitely use CR Plumbing services again!!

The CR Plumbing team helped install new free-standing tub hardware. It wasn't an easy job, but they were persistent and even came back quickly just two days after the initial install to address a small issue.

Showed up when they said they would. Replaced the water heater and fixed a few minor issues to make sure going forward everything worked as required. They even spent extra time showing us how to make sure we could address any future emergencies should they arise with the water heater(s). Great customer service

Willie Ramirez was great! We had been told by another plumber that we had a slab leak and repairs would cost around $5000. I called CR Plumbing, Air, and Electric, and within an hour, Willie was here and said no slab leaks, toilet just needed to be reset and resealed! He showed us exactly what the issue was and why he was sure of no major repairs needed. For way less money, we had him do the repair on the spot. And we are so happy with them that we will have them back out next week to do another job for us. Thank you Willie, Clayton and CR Plumbing for being so prompt, fair and professional. Will recommend CR Plumbing, Air and Electric to everyone we know!
