I had the pleasure of working with Chris Butler on a water heater issue at our memory care community, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his service. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and replaced our water heater without any issues. His work was thorough, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left.

It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and genuine care for the customer’s needs—Chris does all of that and more. I highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services!

Willie and Quinn were the best. Got us on the schedule asap. They were very informative and professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job and I’m sending the company information to our HOA because they were so good and reasonable on price. We won’t use anyone else in the future 👍🏼

Totally awesome Service. At first I thought it was kind of expensive but then my house is 60 years old and it was about time. Something was done. They came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I worked with a service guy named Nathan and he was fantastic. He even called later to check. Make sure everything was OK. I will definitely use them again if I need a plumber or service.

As before, I called CR Plumbing for a new toilet and within a day they scheduled and installed a new one with no problems at a reasonable price. I have come to the conclusion I will always call them for my plumbing needs.

Willy was great. Besides replacing my washer water valves he detected a poor solder joint which he replaced using compression technology. It fixed the problem and stopped all leaks. Thanks Willie

The repairman was very kind and efficient. Unfortunately, charging $500+ for a T&P replacement that took 15 minutes is quite excessive.

Update 01/20/2026: Talked with the office and they were able to clarify that their hourly rate is $495, which helps explain the cost.

I live in Lantana (Denton County). When I called to set up the appointment, Derrick called right back. He had the team at my house two days later, which fit my schedule perfectly. Caleb and Ian arrived on time and got right to work. My suspicion of an aged hot water heater was quickly confirmed. They clearly explained my options, including fixing the existing issue, but also mentioned with a hot water heater 11 years old I’d be looking at future issues. We discussed the options and chose a new unit. Prices were clearly explained and reviewed with us. Best of all, the new unit comes with numerous upgrades not available when the house was built. The new unit was installed in roughly two and a half hours. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with CR Plumbing. Top notch quality and customer service. A++++

Jeremy was very professional and he got the job done on the first day and within hours of showing up. He communicated well and was accommodating around a holiday and over communicated. Will definitely be using their services again!!

They were excellent. We had an emergency Friday afternoon. They fit us into their schedule and diagnosed the issue. They were out here the next day (Saturday) to dig the hole and resolve the issue. We couldn't be more pleased with the response time and professionalism of everyone involved. Thank you!

CR Plumbing came in clutch! Friendly professional service. I had scheduled with another company from 3-6 pm today and they canceled right at 3.Leaving me scrambling to find a plumber before we open for business. I called around and after several attempts CR Plumbing came through big time. They had me operational within in no time. Thank you

Received service same day for housewife slow drainage. Tech quickly assessed and sent camera down the main sewer line and found tree roots. He told us exactly where the issue was and that it was likely the city’s part of the line. From that called the city and they began clearing. Appreciate the quick action and diagnosis with clear pictures and descriptions of what was happening.

CR Plumbing Air and Electrical was highly recommended by neighbors in our community. I was overly impressed with the company from the time we called to the finish. The technicians showed up at the beginning of the appointment window and were transparent in pricing and what service and work they were doing throughout the repair. Quinn and Willie were amazing. I loved the comic relief and the banter between the two of them. It is great to see the partnership that the two have together. It is no doubt how the rest of the company operates as well.

Hands down this is my new company of choice moving forward.

I had a water leak from main valve and needed plumber ASAP. My regular plumber could not make it so I contacted CR plumbing. They sent someone out same day, diagnosed problem and what needed to be done. Needed a line through my extensive landscaping. When they were done it was perfect. Christian and Larry are professional as well as personable. They kept to their time commitments. CR has a new customer.

My appointment was at noon. 3pm I got a message they were "on the way". No thank you. First impression was a killer.

Addendum: your system emailed me, asking for a review well before 6 pm and actually BEFORE I got the "on the way" message. So even your automation expected you to have been there. You don't value customers' time if you are giving 6 hour windows. I also specifically asked for an actual plumber when I scheduled and not a "technician". Perhaps an estimated arrival time before a customer is waiting 3 hours. I won't be seeking your service.

Jeremey- outstanding- excellent listener and communicator. He knew his business.. He kept me Intune with what he was doing and why, like the previous unit's plumbing to the new water softener was attached wrong !

He left the work area in the garage that he was working area spotless. and the new water softener. working great along with what to expect in the short term.

The gentlemen were a tad early for our appt. They explained everything that needed to be done, in a non-plumber kind of way. They gave me quotes along the way. Very professional, very courteous. Would use them again & give them 5 out of 5!!

Chris is extremely experienced, professional, personable, and thorough! He explained all the things related to water heater. I felt comfortable listening to all the information and making a decision on what we needed to get done. He changed a frozen pipe that cracked, flushed the water heaters out, stayed to run water in different parts of the house to release pressure and to check if there was hot water, and pointed out the different places to go to shut off water system in case of an emergency. He mentioned that yearly maintenance is key (something that we neglected to do) hence the problem. Live and learn! Would highly recommend!! Thank you so much!!
