We had a great experience with David and his partner ! Our hot water heater went out, they came out over the weekend to reroute it through the working water heater, so we avoided cold showers. They were here early Monday morning, worked quickly, thoroughly, and cleanly.

Keith with another tech from Christmas Air was here mid morning... these techs are amazing! They were punctual, they were very knowledgeable in their field, and took the time to explain everything to me... gave me the requested quotes, which were very reasonable and also let me know they had other services that they provide that could help me keep up with all of our A.C systems on our property. I was impressed and it was refreshing to have an honest company come out for a change... ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

We had our annual heating system maintenance done today, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to explain what he was checking and why. He cleaned the unit, tested all major components, and made sure everything was running efficiently.

Josh is amazing and I’m so grateful. I had an emergency and couldn’t make it home till End of day. He accommodated my schedule, fixed my i Overflow valve that was flooding my ceiling. He’s truly generous and kind. This is the second time he’s helped me with an issue at the house And I’m likely to ask for him next time

David came for an after hours check to see where water marks on ceiling were coming from. He did a very thorough check and was very helpful explaining what was likely going on. He was very kind and took time to explain everything to us, even though he had just had a very busy, long day.
We appreciate everything he did to help us and will definitely call him again.

I had an outstanding experience with Jack Murphy from Christmas AC & Plumbing and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work performed. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and clear expertise.

All approved repairs were completed exactly as outlined in the estimate, and it was evident that great care was taken to ensure everything was done correctly. A new sediment trap was installed on the gas line in the proper orientation, all threaded fittings were sealed with pipe dope and securely tightened, and every gas connection was bubble tested to confirm there were no leaks—giving me great peace of mind.

Jack also installed a new in-line float switch on the primary condensate drain line along with a new P-trap, which was insulated to help prevent condensation and sweating issues. The float switch was properly wired into the low-voltage safety circuit so the system will automatically shut down if a drain backup occurs—an extra layer of protection I truly appreciate. After the installation, the entire system was thoroughly tested to ensure everything was operating perfectly.

It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such thoroughness and care. I highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for honest, high-quality HVAC service. Five stars all the way!
