Our heating broke down so we urgently needed it fixed. Goat Air was awesome with response. Malachi came to take a look at it the same day. He was very professional and explained the problem and what it takes to fix it in detail. We really appreciate the effort he put into fixing it the same day so we do not need to suffer with no heat through the weekend. Overall it was a great experience !

I learned about GOAT Air from GK Services, a company that washes my client's windows before we go on the market. I had a seller who received a repair request from a buyer for changing the slope of the drainage from their units in the attic. The seller called several companies to get an estimate, but GOAT got out there right away and charged the seller a very fair price for the adjustment. Then, we had to get documentation over to the buyer in a very short timeframe, and the office worked with us to do that. I will be recommending GOAT to all of my clients from now on!

It was very easy to get ahold of Goat Air and get things scheduled.
I love how easy it was talking with them during the scheduling process and making sure I understood what they were coming out here to do.

Goat Air is a great local HVAC company. They were out for an annual furnace check-up and I was pleased that no up-selling happened. Instead, I was greeted with a call this morning prior to the tech’s arrival and was offered a coffee or drink of my choice. . .yes, you read that correctly. The tech was on his way but stopping at the local convenience store and offered to include me on his tab. I thought that was great. Too bad I had already brewed my coffee-next time! At any rate, very friendly folks, easy scheduling process, and honest in their evaluation of my system. Also, great marketing-Gus for Mayor! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service of either their AC or Heater. They’ve done great work at an honest price!

When my system went out at the end of summer, I knew I needed to replace it so I got quotes. Goat not only had a great price, but their service was top-notch as well.
The installers were very professional, patient and did a great job. The new system works great, Andre Lemioux was super patient and answered all my questions. He took the extra time at the end to commission the system correctly and made sure I had no questions.
I will absolutely use & recommend Goat Air in the future.
