Absolutely great experience with Brothers Air! They came out within a few hours and quickly unclogged our drain line. After they left, we unfortunately had a mishap where water from the clogged drain ended up damaging part of our ceiling. I reached out to let them know, and without hesitation, they had a sheetrock professional at our house the very next day. Not only was the damage repaired perfectly, but they also took care of the cost themselves. That level of service and accountability is rare these days. This was, by far, the best experience with HVAC repair, period. I was pretty worried when I knew there was no more hiding it- something was very wrong with my A.C. Kevin was the technician sent my way and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient with my endless questions, experienced for sure, yet was very understanding of my concerns. He was quick to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. He even tuned up my outside unit and walked me thru it, explaining it all as he went. That was great.
