Outstanding Service from Andre at GOAT Air!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Andre, the AC technician from GOAT Air. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had everything up and running in no time. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything—he took the time to walk me through what was going on and what needed to be done, with total transparency.

Andre went above and beyond not just in fixing the problem, but in making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. The pricing was more than fair, especially for the high level of professionalism and care.

Highly recommend GOAT Air and especially Andre if you’re looking for fast, honest, and expert service!

It's been awhile since I have cleaned my AC unit and the outside fan was struggling to kick on. Im a disabled Veteran with bad knees and back. So I knew I didn't want to take on this project. I stumbled onto a Goat Air add and they offered a free capacitor with service. My capacitor just went out so I gave them a call. They sent Tray to my house as soon as they could. Let me tell you, honesty and the fact that he was a fellow servicemen got me hook line and sinker. He did a great job. Showing me everything he did, including fighting some angry wasp. This company just earned another very happy customer.

Goat Air was fantastic! My tech was Trey. He was super professional, no pushy and did a wonderful job. I highly reccomend them. I also love that they are local to Argyle and Family owned!

Unbelievable customer service! They came out on short notice- on a WEEKEND, immediately identified the issue and fixed the problem. And the price was about 1/5th of what I was expecting! The only thing better than the service I received, is the purpose behind this company after talking with Chandler. I would recommend GOAT to anyone and give 10 stars if I could.

Called them today (Saturday) needed same day repair and they responded quickly. My Tech (Andrea) was great, found the issue, resolved it and got me running cool again! First time with Goat Air, will be using them in the future.

Trey from Goat Air came and he was super professional and very thorough. The special price of $50 for a flush plus a free capacitor was remarkable! 2 Thumbs Way up.

It is hard to find honest folks sometimes but even though they are new to the area, work out of their home and have a goat as their logo (every goat I have ever met has attacked me) I decided to take a chance on them. The reason, I called several A/C companies for an a/c tune up and what I would pay for was just bare bones. But for half the price of others, Goat Air cleaned the outside unit (with solution), cleaned out the leaves, took my indoor unit apart and cleaned the blower (air handler) and checked all the capacitors. Best of all the tech said that the unit looked good for its age and didn’t recommend any replacement at this time. It is 101 degrees outside and the a/c is running much more efficiently now. The tech even sent pics of each step taken during the process. Honest, respectful, and professional - I highly recommend Goat Air.

Outstanding dedication. I have used GOAT twice so far and it wont be the last. They took care of me on a Sunday when the company I had a subscription with could not. Our second visit our technician came out Christmas Eve to make sure our part was installed and our system was ready for Christmas Day when no other employees were working but him.

Andre was probably one of the best technicians that I've ever had. For ANY problem. He was personable and knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He explained what he was doing while he troubleshooted my issue. He didn't over explain. Basically, he was just awesome. I'm so happy I chose this company for my service needs.

The guys were awesome!!! Quick response, diagnosed the issue and gave a full array of options. Daniel and Malachi came out to do the install and did a wonderful job. Full removal and install in the attic above the second floor. No complaining about the extra stairs etc like the last company did. And the best part, they spoke perfect English, didn’t need an interpreter to interact. Good price, top quality workmanship. Will definitely be calling them again if needed!! Thanks guys!!!!

GOAT Air is the real deal. My 2 AC units went out one after another and both had to be replaced on the hottest days of summer. The whole team is amazing, and you can tell they put their customers first. The appointment center was always friendly, and scheduling was very flexible. Chandler helped me out with the initial diagnostic visit and set me up with several options to fix my AC. Andre was super informative about the units I needed and found the perfect units that fit my family’s needs. The installers Daniel and Malichi were top notch and professional the entire time. Although my units failed one after another and they had to come to my home several times, every time was painless. You can tell they prioritized my family’s needs first. These will always be my go-to guys. Once again do not hesitate to give them a shot! Side note- I did not window shop but did run their quotes through a few guys in the industry that told me their prices are highly competitive and hard to match.

Chandler is a personable gentleman who will make sure your A/C needs are met. Came on day I called although it made a long day for him.
Found my problem and completed needed repairs without trying to sell me on possible other problems as many other companies do.

I highly recommend this company and will not be using anyone else .

Needing to replace my A/C and furnace I contacted GOAT air. Was very impressed with Chandler in explaining options for me to consider and choosing a new unit for my home. He is an honest and well spoken young man.
Malachi and David that install the unit worked hard all day and answered all my questions. They did a good job of installing my unit in one day and made sure everything was left clean when completed.
Was impressed with their politeness and their work ethics.

Malichi did an outstanding job servicing our HVAC system! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Our system is running better than ever — the airflow and temperature are perfect now. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Had a great experience with Goat Air! Malichi came out and quickly diagnosed the problem — a bad thermostat and a bad board on the outside unit. He got everything replaced and had us up and running again fast. Super efficient, friendly, and professional service. The repair cost around $300–$400, which was a great price for the quality of work. Highly recommend!

I've used Goar Air for this past season. Both times, the technician was awesome. They answered all my questions and changed my filter for me. Pricing was fair for 2 maintenance check-ups. Highly recommend for HVAC/AC system maintenance!
