Constraction reviews in Arlington, Texas

We always depend on polo carpet cleaning for our couches, rugs and carpet cleaning. They do a great job!

Excellent work and service on my carpet installation.

Personally I had the experience on December last year , the company UNITEX passed one of their brochure to the properties where it already works POLO CARPET .offering its products and saying that one of the employees of polo carpet works now for them and that they offer better prices ??? I use Polo carpet several years ago and I know that this is nothing more than a lack of professionalism on the part of the company unitex to win a position that already polo carpet has clearly created.

Polo carpet lets see the professionalism with customer service and with excellent work.

The company botched my scheduled appointment date and time, so I had to wait the next morning to have my carpet cleaned. The technician was rude to my mother and tried to make us pay a higher price from which was originally set. I will use a different company next time to clean my carpets in the future.

We’ve gone to them for the last 10 yrs for our carpet cleaning services! We recently needed the carpet in our home replaced and they beat the competitions quotes by 25%!! Very professional people, highly recommend!

Experience was easy, quick, and the carpets feel great!

Polo Carpet Cleaning and Flooring did an amazing job on my carpets in my apartment. They were all so professional and got the job done right away! I'd highly recommentd their service to anyone looking for an expectional carpet clean for an affordable price!

My appliance decided to go out and flooded 2 bedrooms and 2 hallways, Saturday night. I called Polo on a Sunday thinking they wouldn’t answer and call me back during regular businesses hours. They called me back within 15 mins and had a team member out within the hour, again on a Sunday!! Prompt, upfront, honest. 5 stars.

Excellent service! As someone that knows close to nothing about carpets/flooring, they were able to provide me with multiple options and made the whole process simple and easy. Thanks to them my carpet looks brand new! Safe to say I will be contacting these professionals for all my carpet/flooring needs in the future.

A++++ Rating.. Who else would write something like the below but disgruntle employees. I have done business with Polo Carpet Cleaning since 2001 and every single time they go over and above. I've met the owner multiple times and he is a humble man that would give the shirt off his back for his employees. Honesty, Reliability, Professionalism but most importantly, they CARE! After renting my home in Fort Worth, my carpet was beyond repair. They offered to change the carpet in the entire house for a fraction of the cost. Hats off to the Polo Carpet Cleaning staff and you have made me a customer for life.

The Polo team was amazing, great communication and superior service. They installed carpet in the entire house in one day and completed a walk through with the owner of the company. I highly recommend Polo for any flooring need. Thank you.

They did an amazing job at installing vinyl. Quick and satisfactory job. They even went above and beyond to help with picking up the order for me and cleaning out the old carpet at a great price.

Polo Carpet Cleaning provided excellent service from start to finish. They arrived early, completed the job quickly, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and consistent, so I always knew when to expect the team. The carpets look and smell amazing—like new again! Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Polo Carpet Cleaning to anyone in need of carpet or flooring cleaning.

Polo carpet cleaning & Flooring replace the carpet in my home and did an excellent job. They were efficient and timely. Removed all of the old carpet and trash and took with them. They worked with me by doing one room every two weeks with was helpful in regards to moving furniture and financially. Would use them again in the future for flooring needs !

Really good company! I have used them for years. They are professional and always on time. My first and only call for carpet cleaning and any flooring projects I have. I also always recommend them to all my friends and they’ve had the same experience.

Polo Carpet Cleaning & Flooring did an awesome job installing my floors. The crew showed up on time, worked fast, and kept everything clean while they were here. The floors look great and the whole process was way easier than I expected. Super happy with how it turned out. I’d definitely call them again.

Excellent service and best customer service highly recommend

Not the best customer service unfortunately 😏

Jason helped with our design and oversaw the entire installation. He came back later to make sure all was to our satisfaction

Jason and Charles were great to work with. They kept us updated about the project and got back to us promptly or atleast within the same business day to answer questions.

Jason was personally onsite on most days of the project to check on crew and progress of the project. He worked with us to get project executed as planned and made possible changes when requested and architecturally possible.

The end result of our patio was beautiful. Jadon also kept in touch and followed up about the patio.

We recommend working with System Pavers and Jason and will definitely work with him in future.

Jason and Benito were wonderful to work with. Project was done as expected and on time. We are very pleased with the end result.
