I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT UNDERSTANDING NOT TO MENTION THEY COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME COMPANY POLICY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY FIRST I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND MOVED ALL MY FURNITURE OUT THE WAY JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE ME SCHEDULED AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BOUT IT WHEN SOMEONE FROM THEIR OFFICE GAVE ME THE TIME AND DAY OF AVAILABILITY THEN I CANCELLED BECAUSE I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB AND WAS UNABLE TO KEEP MY APPT TWICE.THE STAFF TELLS ME THEY KNOCKED ON MY DOOR AND NO ONE ANSWERED WHEN THERE IS SOMEONE AT MY HOME WAITING AND EXPECTING THEIR ARRIVAL. I HONESTLY HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE THIS TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IN MY LIFE AND THEY WERE ALSO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF GOING ABOUT THINGS .I WOULD NOT USE THEIR SERVICE EVEN IF IT WAS GIVEN TO ME FOR FREE. 0 STARTS FOR ME

Per Christina they refuse to pay their bills for necessary fire extinguisher inspections. I hope they treat their customers better than their vendors.

They did a great job cleaning my client’s carpets, and minimized the pet smells in the home prior to selling it.

Have worked with them for years. Techs go above and beyond. Even while cleaning my carpets he through in a few upholsters for free. Always polite and and for the most part timely.

This is the best carpet cleaning business around. Extremely affordable, quality work, fast turnaround, and great people.
