Constraction reviews in Arlington, Texas

Hello! I would like to report that the services provided by Platform were right on the button! The initial presentation by Desmond was good and informative, it was what won me over! The job was really effectively monitored from the beginning of the inspection, installation and with continued follow up afterwards! It was professional, timely and efficiently done. I would recommend them to others for quality service!

I had a very positive experience with platform construction. They took me through every step in the process, and kept me informed along the way. I received a new roof complete with skylight and gutters. I was very pleased with their overall service, and would recommend to others

Platform just completed our roof after a storm from last year. The project manager Kevin Terrell was great to work with and we are beyond pleased with the services completed. I would recommend using their services.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Jeremy was awesome, his customer service skills go above and beyond. Jeremy and his team made roofing and construction easy! No issues and they do excellent work. My house looks amazing. Thank you!!

Working with Ryan Jones is like working with Family. He cared about every little detail that needed repairing. He worked with the insurance to make sure that every repair is done. I fully 100% recommend working with Ryan because he gets everything done and quickly too.

Platform Construction worked on my roof looks fantastic. The owner Ryan was always available and ready to help incase of any issue. Thanks Ryan, I will recommend your company to all my friends.

This a top notch company. They worked with my insurance company to get us the most coverage possible. They worked quickly and delivered us a great new roof. This was a very rewarding experience & I'd use them again. I even sent them to my daughters house to inspect for damage.

They did Ecellent work, and very professional , for a great price too!

I've used Matt (owner) twice now in the past 5 years for roof replacement. Each time, he went above and beyond exceeding all expectations throughout the process. He truly understands customer service and delivering high quality in a timely fashion. He's a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in roofing or gutters or any house related development or repairs.

I would give a 0.
First off, the guy from the company shows up and gets pissed off just because he sees his company isn't the only company I'm getting a quote from. So he walks off & leaves. RUDE..RUDE..

I have used this company for several of our rental properties. One of my investors that I work for originally found them. I was so impressed by the level of work, the responsiveness, quality and care, i decided to try them out on a couple of other projects, that was 6 years ago and I have been using them and only them ever since. Ryan and Matt are class acts. They are very honest and caring, they go above and beyond in every aspect.

I should have written this review long ago! This company is by far one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the time I made my claim, worked out everything with the bank, and put up with me in the middle of a huge finish out project… They took care of everything.

As far as the work done, I couldn’t be any happier. I needed a new roof, they were able to get on it immediately and the work was perfect.

Platform Construction provided roofing, siding and several other jobs including repairing our front porch, fence, carport… they went above and beyond in terms of time, materials, recommendations. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Platform went above and beyond to replace our roof. They were swift and concise and it was cleaner around the house then before they arrived! The gentlemen that came out and serviced the house were very respectful and polite. We highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

Platform Construction and Roofing recently replaced my hail damaged roof and completed additional repairs to the property. They did an outstanding job from start to finish! This project was managed and supervised by Jeremy R and he is very knowledgeable, helpful, dependable, and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about him. Hire him and his team at Platform Construction & Roofing without any hesitation for your roofing needs. You will be pleased.

This was my first time using my homeowner's insurance, so I didn't know how to navigate this well. Ryan was very professional and helped me get every dollar I could from the insurance inspection, plus explained every step and repair. The roof was done in one day (while I was at work) and it is beautiful. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had an extremely pleasant experience with Platform Roofing. Due to a hail storm, our entire roof needed to be replaced. Since we were first-time homeowners, we weren't very knowledgeable about the process of moving from insurance claim to a new roof. That's where Platform came in and made all the difference. First, they helped me understand and walk me through the insurance process. Second, they communicated clearly what they needed to do to my roof and the approximate time frame. Third (and most importantly for me), they actually followed through with timely and excellent work on my roof with high quality materials. My new roof not only looks good, but does what it should--protect my family from the ever-changing Texas weather.

Excellent customer service! Allen managed the tear down of the old roof and installation of the new roof. He worked with the insurance company to ensure all damage was documented, and he upgraded the attic ventilation. He always returned my calls promptly and kept me aware of each step throughout the process. He even had someone sweep through the yard with a metal detector to remove any nails. I definitely recommend this company for roofing!

Platform Construction and Roofing helped me install a new roof, make several house repairs and re-stain my fence after a severe storm hit the DFW area. Josh with Platform Construction took great car of me throughout the entire process. I was very happy with the results of their work. They worked very closely with my claims adjuster which eliminated the hassle on my end. I would highly recommend Platform Construction and Roofing!

Ryan was great to work with from the start. He walked us through the whole process and met with our adjuster for the inspection. He kept us updated every step of the way. His crew were very hard working (even in this insane Texas heat) and FAST! We will definitely be using Platform again, and recommending to our friends and family!

Ryan was absolutely wonderful. He came out promptly and took care of the roof and gutter work I needed. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Will most definitely be using their services in the future.
