Ryan- Was attentive, Fast, and made sure They made Money.. however the Workmanship was Excellent the “little things”… Mattered to Him - And HE made Sure they got taken care of, as with Any installation there is always “Little things you don’t Expect” and He was on top of seeing they got the attention necessary to be taken care of thoroughly. All in All- A Well Done Job in every aspect. AND - Ryan is a Genuinely NICE GUY. Anyone would enjoy working with him. I have other projects that I Will Be needing Help to Do.. and I’ll call Ryan First… to Offer He and Platform the Job.

I had a rental house in Euless and there were a couple of spots with issues reported by the tenant in May 2018. Matt come to review the whole roof and helped me to process a claim from the home insurance. Then he and his team fixed the roof while I was traveling in June. The roof looked great! I sold the house last month. You cannot tell how great it would be when the roof issue got fixed before market the house. This roof company knows what and how to provide quality services. I am very pleased to let this company to take care of my property. I will use them again for sure. Thank you Matt! Mei

Platform replaced the roof on my 1030 sq ft house in only three hours. That was from the time the crew arrived and when they left. They left the yard in great shape and used a large rolling magnet to pick up all nails and metal debris. I am very happy with how the house looks with its new roof,

A neighbor recommended Platform Construction to us after having their roof replaced due to a storm. Matt worked closely with us through the process of getting our roof and gutters replaced and worked diligently to ensure everything went smoothly. His team did a great a job and was very professional and thorough from start to finish. I highly recommend this company and would definitely turn to them again in the future. Thanks Matt!

Ryan and Luis worked with us to replace our roof after it was damaged in a severe hail storm and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

We had never been through the homeowners insurance process before and Ryan was able to walk us through all of the steps and work with us and our insurer to ensure that all of the necessary work was covered. Without his help, much of the damage to our property likely would have gone unnoticed and unprepared.

The quality of the work done on our house was top notch, and we will not hesitate to work with Platform Construction in the future.

I used Platform Construction & Roofing to replace my roof and it is absolutely beautiful! We used them to replace our roof with the addition of adding ridge vents and also replacing the decking. Our roof stands out in the best way possible. It's the nicest roof on the block!

Luis & Ryan were amazing to work with! I would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done to their house. They showed fantastic customer service before, during, and even after they completed their job with us. I had a piece of flashing that was questionable months after they completed their job, and they immediately came & addressed the problem.

It is a great feeling to be confident and know that if I have any more problems that they would take care of me. Peace of mind is priceless! Companies that are overall fantastic, trustworthy, and honest are hard to come by. I didn't believe these kinds of honorable businesses existed anymore!

They over exceeded any expectations I had with our project. Don't miss the opportunity to work with Luis & Ryan.

These are my new go-to guys to get any job done. I'm 100% using them again for my future home renovations whenever that time comes.

Ryan and Platform construction have been doing my repairs for probably 15+ years now and I can’t recommend them enough. Ryan makes sure that you are extremely pleased with the work and makes the experience so easy for the costumer. Plus, every time I reach out to them they get back to me very quickly and answer any question I may have. They also deal with the insurance companies and make sure you get everything covered. Highly recommend!!

I was very pleased with the professional work that was done. I highly recommend them to anyone needing Roofing or water gutter repair. Ryan was very attentive and followed up before and after the work was completed. . A 5 star company.

Submitted a request on Angi's list for roof repair/replacement, Ryan text me about it, he wanted me to meet him at the property in Fort Worth, I live in San Antonio, I explained to him I could not meet him there because of that, he got extremely short on text and said he could not help me if I didn't provide him more information and that "he'd been doing this a long time", but didn't text or call asking for any additional information. Then text me and accused me of running a scam. Not sure if this guy was having a bad day but was extremely unprofessional, will be reporting to Angi's list.

From start to finish, meeting onsite with the adjuster to final clean up and walk around, Armando and Platform were nothing short of excellent, courteous and professional. I knew at every stage what to expect in the roofing progress daily. Thanks Armando! We really like out new roof and gutters!

Ryan Jones and his team represented Platform Construction in a positive way throughout the process of replacing my roof. Professional, good communications and quality work at a reasonable price - thanks Ryan!

Mr Ryan is not only kind and generous, but he is professional and dependable as well. He took the time to go over and explain each process and made sure all the paperwork was in order for Insurance. He was very good with communication, and kept me well informed during the whole process.

His crew came out did a wonderful job and were very respectful and considerate. They even painted my A frame on my roof so my daughter or I would not have to get up there.

I was also very appreciative of Mr Ryan as he went out of his way to make an extra trip to pick up a check from me because I did not feel comfortable using Venmo or Zelle. These guys are truly the best!

In a word… outstanding!! Ryan negotiated with my insurance company to get me the best settlement possible and then he and his crew set to work putting on my new roof and installing the new gutters. Everything came out so much better than I expected. Kinda makes me wish I had more than one roof that needed work.

I cannot recommend Ryan Jones and his team at Platform enough. Stop looking, this is the team you want to hire. Ryan took on a rather large residential project replacing a storm damaged roof, painting the exterior and totally transforming the interior with paint throughout, repairs, and replacing flooring. The project was completed not only on time but on/below budget. The projects were completed with quality work and craftsmanship. In short, Ryan is much more than a contractor, he's a genuine guy that goes above and beyond for you. He truly has the best interest at heart and has become my go to contractor and referral for all things construction.

I have worked with a lot of trades and construction companies and I truly cannot say enough great things about Platform Construction and Roofing! From the moment I reached out for an estimate to the final inspection, the entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly courteous. Ryan walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel completely confident in their workmanship.
The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site spotless. You could tell they take pride in their work. The craftsmanship is top-notch—our new roof looks amazing!
What really stood out was Ryan's professionalism and attention to detail he showed for our property. He definitely has a passion for quality construction. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly—and it was. No hidden fees, no delays, just honest, quality work delivered as planned.
If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and skilled roofing company, look no further than Platform Construction and Roofing. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services (and in Texas, everyone needs a good roofer)—you won’t be disappointed!

We had ridge vents and inlet vents installed on the attic roof above the garage. Scheduling was flexible to accommodate our availability. Very reasonably priced, and the work was performed to our satisfaction. Highly recommended

This company replaced a roof on two houses that I own both houses have flashing leaks that have destroyed the roof and interior walls and ceilings. Instead of replacing the roof jacks, they reused the damaged ones and broke them even more, which made them susceptible to water damage. My insurance company paid for new roof jacks I do not recommend this company.

I was notified by my new homeowners Insurance that the underwriters would not be able to insure us because of our old roof. It needed to be replaced. I went to Angie’s list and was referred to Platform Roofing. Their Associate Ryan contacted me and we agreed upon him coming by later that day. Ryan presented the information about the installation process and the quality of the composite shingles (Lifetime warranty (50 years)). The quote provided was a blessing from God, based on what friends and family had told us to expect. We scheduled the installation for Saturday. The contractors were there bright and early and completed the project the same day for the most part with additional cleanup Sunday afternoon. Many thanks to Ryan for his patience and professionalism. Also thanks to the contractors for their professionalism and great work.

Billy and his team did a great job at a reasonable price. Had 22 inch of insulation blown in and a roof fan installed. I could tell the difference inside the house and the AC doesn't turn on as often.I would recommend him and his team now and for future jobs...

it was awesome

did a great job!
