By all means avoid them and save yourself a hassle! They do not believe in communication. They schedule and change appointments without speaking to you and it's nearly impossible to get a hold of them.

AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES BY ALL MEANS!

Do not use this company they are unprofessional they do not answer calls the warranty company wasn't even able to get in contact with them. They did not complete the work trust me when I tell you this is not a company to do business with.

Had some roof damage after a storm, needed some repairs fast. They were fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone.

Dishonest people. I was quoted a price then a week later I was told the price jump more than $200. They wouldn't call me back and only handled business through text message. Very unprofessional.

Took a $2500 deposit and is now ghosting us. Notice the business's response. Oh wait there isn't one.

Fast ; Professional service; guys came in and fixed my problem without price gauging; my toilet is no longer leaking..THANK you for you professionalism in these though times..

I had a new fence put up and some landscaping done. Fair pricing, fast service, would most definitely recommend them. They do great work.

Had back up in the master bathroom and half bath. They were quick to respond, arrived on time and handled my problem quickly. Lines cleaned out and all working again! Would recommend them!!!!

If you want to get the run around about why the job is not completed and then finally find out they don't work on your "type of faucet" then by all means go with Durham.
They are unprofessional at best.

Glad I found this company for my bathroom remodel. Gave me a really good deal and the end result was beautiful. They finished the job early, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely professional. We had damage after the storm, customer service was excellent and the workers were professional. The work was completed faster than expected and priced appropriately. Highly recommend.

We had a tree fall and damage the roof and also our fence, Justin and Luis were life savers! They were prompt and very courteous... Would definitely use Durham Contractors again.

Time window scheduled 11-2pm. It’s now 3:17pm still no show, now they’re saying 4pm. Called office ‘office manager’ was very unsympathetic to our situation I explained I took off work today & times been pushed back all day now to 4pm interfering w son’s game tonight been stuck here all day waiting on them and all she said was earlier appointment had tech look at several more appliances than what was scheduled throwing his day off and call someone else if I need to...THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service this company has provided to be during a recent and ongoing plumbing nightmare.

It is so refreshing to deal with a company that is not only highly effective and professional, but very respectful and informative to women homeowners.

I highly recommend this company for all of your home repair needs.

Price gauging galore. Beware. Our only dealings with this company were because of our home warranty (Landmark, which is also a joke). Durham is impossible to get a hold of, and they don’t return phone calls. Very unprofessional.

Guess it's my fault by not checking the reviews and insisting on a better company. They supposedly repaired my garbage disposal but it wont come on again just as it was before they arrived. Now I cant reach them on the phone. I will publicly let everyone I know on social media (Twitter, ig, and FB to BEWARE OF THIS SHADY organization. I wont stop until there is a change so I hope you're ready for the ride DURHAM CONTACTORS, LLC!!!!

Durham Contractors replaced some siding on my house. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job for a good price. They were very professional and cleaned up their mess. I highly recommend them.

Don’t use this company. I had them come out to look at my oven because the latch was broken. They charged me a service fee then said we have to order a part and come back out. It’s been over 3 weeks of me calling and leaving messages. No one ever answers the phone. I simply need to know if the part is in and when they can come to fix it. Don’t waste your time with them.

These are the most unprofessional customer service.. The dispatchers (first impression) are incredibly rude. They hung up on me twice, third time place me on hold and never came back to the phone. All this while I attempted to schedule an appointment for a tech to come out. Then they reported to American Shield that they were "Unable to reach me". Thank God there are other options out there!

Pam from Durham called me this morning. They had submitted the report to First American Home Warranty on the 28th (7/28/2020)

FAHW was relaying that Durham had not provided the report and that employees (who per Pam do not work for the company) had hung up on them.

I will be reaching out to FAHM to try and get them to review. Thank you for being so helpful Pam and Durham Contractor!!!!!!

We did an emergency repair of a fiber for Steve Durham & they ghosted us after we sent them an invoice. Their main phone #s been disconnected and the cellphone #’s mailbox is full. Don’t do business with them, they’re crooks!!
