Used for warranty service, the guys that came were always great. Took a bit of nagging to get a GFCI dryer breaker which is current code, but eventually it was done. The tech helped make sure the dryer worked after.

The company is very unprofessional and have rude customer service. They sent out a couple of guys to come fix a fusebox that they installed in the neighborhood. In so doing while they fixed a fusebox they took out my over wires and I couldn't use my oven for a month. I called their office and spoke to a rude representative talking about charging me for a mistake on their part. I called in a master electrician who confirmed my concern and told me this is a potential problem as it was a 220 volt left exposed, I called this company to express my concern regards the technician they sent in, all she could read was how I needed to pay $135 for them to come out. A problem created by their technicians and she kept reciting the same lines. Like how clueless can you be. In the end she accepted fault and apologized but in a sincerity please don't use this company for the safety of you and your family.. Electricity is not to be messed with.

I have a newly built home with a bad breaker tripping already!!!! I have just passed my 2-year warranty and now I am having problems because of the cheap parts this company decides to use! I have sold many homes before that have never had a problem this early on! I don't mind paying for the service call but to pay $50 for each breaker! These are cheap parts they use! I have many respectable electricians to use BUT I went with IES because they installed the electricity and they should account for the products they use not to the consumer! Hopefully, someone reads my review and changes their decision to use your company.

We have a new build and just got our washer and dryer and found out the dryer outlet is wired wrong. A day later our hot water runs out and had to plumbers say is was because of the electrical issues and the wiring to the breaker is also messed up. I have called and called and it’s been since Monday we don’t have hot water. I’m getting no response not even the emergency line . Ridiculous!

I used I.E.S under warranty. Steven was very attentive and polite. Not only did he fix my breaker, he addressed all my other questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and a true professional. I’m extremely satisfied with my repair and his exceptional customer service.

If I could give something less then a 1 star I would this is the worst company doing electrical work out here in dfw. It's a disgrace to say they do electrical work. I live in a lennar home these guys built and have upgraded fixures and keep finding cut corners no j-boxs very poor wire joints. These guys are a joke.
