I called and was told someone would call back to schedule a time. Three hours later I called again and was told crew is on its way. They never showed. If can't keep schedule or need to change it at least inform the customer.

This is the best!!!! They removed a large pine tree and stump. Very fast very safe. Cleaned up and hauled off, and stump gone. I higly recommend. Have not seen any other comany or crew so good.

Would have given 5 stars but the one part of job was not fully done and when I texted why..got, are you going to put sod down.
I was expecting, sorry for miscommunication do you want us to come back. As putting sod is not answer.
Now I have to dig out root ball.
All in all, very good but wish job was done fully as didnt want to hover over but I should have looked before they left. All workers very good and respected property with no damages!!

Needed a tree replaced for us on a project worked around access constraints and also trimmed the rest of the tree's in the area. They cleaned up their debris very well which is always appreciated. Was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the size of the crew sent to do the job. They were done in just a few hours with trimming three, 40 ft oak trees and removing a 40 ft cypress tree. Cleanup of the yard was excellent afterward.

Mike is honest and his services are great. I would use Mike again. His guys trimmed my large live oak and cleaned up in less than 2 hours. We were happy with the service.

We have four 40+ year old pecan trees and DFW Tree Solutions have raised the canapé twice and rescued us from 2 fallen branches. The crews are always professional and their work is exemplary! I would not trust our trees to any one else! Thank you, DFW Tree Solutions! 🤗
