I called Calloway’s of Arlington (S. Cooper location) in hopes they would be able to assist me with a special story for a couple who bought a car from me. I wanted to set up an appointment for them to come to the store, pick out their tree and have it delivered with holiday surprises along the way. There must have been an angel looking over because Grant answered the phone and delivered above and beyond what I was looking to do. He was enthusiastic, professional and genuinely cared about giving this couple the experience they deserved. It was exactly what customer service is supposed to be! Grant took my request and ran with out, he went above and beyond the call of his job and I could not have done it without him.

I was overjoyed to receive this photo later in the evening. The smile on their faces says it all. Grant, if you are ever looking for a job please let me know. You represent your company very well! To, Calloway’s, this is a very special location with a team of caring people! Thank you for all that you do!

It is a beautiful and extremely inviting gardening center. We used to only shop at hardware and grocery stores for gardening supplies, plants, and seeds, but after coming here, we breathed in a literal breath of fresh air. The place smelled as great as it looked and had a massive assortment of literally anything you might need for garden care. The employees were helpful and appeared to know what they were doing. After spending a modest amount of time inside, we checked out in which the woman at the register helped us out with their rewards program and even applied a birthday coupon for me! We will not shop anywhere else for our gardening needs, thanks to this amazing place.

What great service today! Jaime and Brittany were in the best of moods considering they were working on This VERY HOT INDEPENDENCE DAY! I was super surprised to see they were open . I kinda felt bad stopping in on a holiday . But at the end I had superb service. Thank you Brittany and Jaime !!

I used their landscape design and installation services. Couldn’t be any happier. They were very professional and on-time at every step. Chad, the designer, worked with me on several revisions until I was happy with the design. Brooke and the installation team were prompt and efficient. They were all experts in their areas—Chad, a professional landscape designer, and Brooke, a horticulturalist.

They may not be as cheap as Joe down the street, but I really appreciate the professionalism and quality of work/service. A lot of the local landscapers don’t even care to show up to do an estimate and it might be hard to find a place with that level of expertise. I had my yard redone by Joe down the street in the past and was not happy. I would totally recommend Calloway for your landscaping needs.

I find that just walking through the wonderful plant selection very therapeutic.

I always have a good time at Calloway's, mostly because I love visiting all the plants - like this Staghorn fern! Staff is always friendly and helpful, too! 😁

The selection is even poorer now for succulents. Most of them are dead, or leggy. They want $10 for a 1 in pot of nearly dead plants. They are out of their minds. I saw 3 other people leave without buying anything. I will never return.

Never any plants in stock that people want. Monstwras, string of hearts, string of pearls, chinese money plant, string of bananas. Half the time they don't even know what the plants are when you call

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding services provided by Calloway's Nursery, and I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience. From start to finish, every interaction and service provided was nothing short of exemplary.

The customer service is truly unmatched. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, even if you are a novice like myself, they take the time to answer all your questions with patience and expertise. They even facetimed my friends who were helping me with the plant selection!

I cannot recommend Calloway's Nursery highly enough. Every visit is a delightful experience, and I always leave feeling inspired and excited about my gardening projects. New to Arlington and delighted to have found Calloway's. Great prices and selection -- truly a happy place to visit time and again. Loved their attention to the pollinators.

Wonderful staff and products. Their soils are superior to any others I have used. Very nice setup. Everything's ng well cared for.

Nobody is readily available, but when you find them, they are helpful! Prices are great!

Looking for birdbath and the only ones I saw were $119 really no one to help me just looked around

It's a beautiful place with so many options for plants/flowers. Brought a blue and purple hydrangea plants here 2 weeks ago. Got some sunflower seeds here.

I went here recently for the pick and plant program that they offer. I received some great recommendations, got it done within a week, and at a great price. I recommend them and would go here again!

We visited Calloway’s Nursery off of South Cooper St. in Arlington, TX to browse through their fall selection of pumpkins, as well as plants and pottery. Great selection of plants and pumpkins + very friendly and helpful staff! A huge shoutout to Steve for being so kind to our family and asking us if it was our first time at Calloway’s Nursery. We’ve been a couple times before and my sister is a frequent customer, but it was nice to know they are aware of new faces and actively seek them out. Overall, great experience at this location!

Just want to say that the new brand of Pinion wood that they carry is wonderful! Way better than the previous brands. Thick, long lasting. Kudos to you!

Snagged a beautiful, yellow zinnia from Calloway’s today — staff was very helpful and experience was smooth.

Went looking for peony for my fiancée since they’re her favorite. However, Ginger (one of their in-house experts) let me down easy, telling me they’re not in bloom but not to worry! After learning what she likes, she walked me through a few solid options, and we both landed on the zinnia since it *pops* 🌻

The store is clean, organized, and staff is happy to answer any questions. Even though the Texas heat right now is brutal, management keeps their store cool: (i) big fans, (ii) shaded covers, and (iii) free waters handed out by staff.

As a long-time resident, I know Calloway’s from a far, and it’s always had a great reputation. I’m just upset I didn’t swing by earlier — the environment teleports you to a big garden 🪏

Special thanks to Zach as well for making the payment and check-out process super seamless and quick. He helped bag my plant to make sure it made it home safely.

Overall, there’s no question about it, Calloway’s deserved all 5 stars and more. Keep it up 🥇
