They did a fantastic job. I called to get an estimate and Cher came out the next morning. She was educational and patient with all my questions. The crew came out the day after I approved everything and did an amazing job and was very friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for high quality tree services.

We were fortunate that Treehugger Tree Service had cared so well for the many mature trees on our property for years under the previous owners. After purchasing the home, Ryan met with us to share a thoughtful plan for continued trimming, pruning and removal of hanging limbs and overgrowth — both in our forest of a backyard and along the portion of our property that borders a main road.

As a certified arborist, Ryan provided outstanding counsel and education about the trees that are new to us, which gave us real confidence as new owners. Communication was excellent throughout, and his well-trained team was attentive, professional and genuinely polite.

Everything about our experience with Treehugger Tree Service was truly top-notch. They originally came out to inspect a tree in our yard that had been struck by lightning to determine whether it was dead. After seeing how professional and knowledgeable they were, we decided to hire them to trim several trees in our yard — and we are so glad we did!

On the day of service, the crew arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They trimmed every tree exactly to the lengths we discussed. Before leaving, the crew leader personally asked me to look everything over to ensure I was 100% satisfied. One tree was still hanging slightly over the driveway, so they trimmed it even more and double-checked with me again until it was perfect.

Their cleanup was just as impressive — they gathered all limbs, clippings, and debris and hauled everything away, leaving our yard spotless.

The crew removed a huge 70-80 foot 35-year-old silver maple. The tree needed to be removed before a storm blew it on my house or my neighbor’s house. They also pruned another maple. They were very careful bringing down the limbs and trunk. Nothing was damaged, and everything was cleaned up. The crew was friendly, efficient, and speedy! I will definitely call TreeTop when I need more work on my trees.

Jeremiah came out and assessed our “neglected” trees and knew exactly what should be done. He easily addressed all of my concerns and quoted a competitive price to trim, prime and remove a few trees. He was very knowledgeable which is just what I was looking for. When the guys came (on schedule and on time by the way) they knew what to do, answered a few questions I had and cleaned up nicely when done. Overall, a very positive experience. I got a violation warning from the city of Arlington about my front yard tree hanging over the street too far. I called around to many Tree trimming companies in the area and Tree Top gave me the best quote. They came out and did an excellent job. I highly recommend using Tree Top for your Tree trimming needs. I was very happy with their work.

TreeTop did not do a good job. They did a great job. Way more than I'd expected. I had asked to get a limb cut off (big nuisance). Came back from work to a really nice looking tree. Not a single leaf on the driveway. There was an acorn but I'll let it slide this time. Overall, I would definitely use their service again. Thanks TreeTop

We have used TreeTop Tree Service multiple times in the last decade. Their work is always done well and they clean up very well after they finish. The last time we had an issue - during heavy winds, an extremely large tree was blown over and uprooted. Unfortunately, we were out of town and had no idea of the problem. A neighbor notified me that the tree was done and blocked both driveways of my home and my neighbor's. I called TreeTop. A representative of the company came by within a couple of hours and sent me a quote. I gave them the green light and within 24 hours, the job was completed. About a week later, they came out and ground up the stump. All done very efficiently, cleanly and professionally.

I have been a TreeTop customer for 14 years. They are very professional. They do an excellent job of pruning, (and I am always amazed to watch them move so confidently up in the trees). They consult with me on exactly what I want. When the job is finished, they remove all the debris, leaving my yard looking as if they had never been there.

I have a "single" tree in my front yard with three main trunks growing out of it that hadn't been trimmed in 30+ years. The crew was punctual and very careful trimmed and elevated the limbs. Nothing was damaged, and they left my front yard cleaner than when they arrived. The price was a lot less than I'd gotten quotes for before from other companies. The crew was friendly and efficient! I will definitely call TreeTop if I need more work on that tree.

Do not hesitate using this company!!! Beyond amazing! I google messaged the company to inquire about a large tree branch that fell and needed cleaning up. I received a response within 5 minutes. The message included an amazing price and that the job could be done not even 24 hours later. On the day of the job the crew did beyond what I expected. They cleared they entire tree branch (15-20 ft long), all of the sticks in the yard (bags worth), blew off my driveway, and even got up on my roof to clear all of the debris. I will not hesitate in using their services in the future!

Lee and his crew did a great job. They knew exactly which trees to trim, they all had their assigned jobs and then they all worked together to get the job done. Lee explained some problem areas that could have been dangerous if I had waited to get these trees trimmed. Then they cleaned up everywhere and you wouldn’t even know they were here except that the trees look so much better. I am very happy.

We have used Tree Top twice now. They have been amazing both times and have made our trees look amazing. The cutters took great care to not damage any of our plants and made sure to clean up perfectly afterwards. 5 stars are not enough for this company. We will be using them again and again.

My cat had been up in a tree ( 50-60 feet), they were the only company that would come and rescue him. They were so great and sweet with my cat! Mark was helpful and will be the first I call for actual tree service!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The Estimator seemed to know exactly what I wanted done. The price was better than I expected. The crew that came out did not finish the first day but left everything cleaned up and returned the next day and finished the tree trimming and left again with all clean up done. The crew leader also made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. There was no communication issues. I could not be happier with the job they all did.

I have a large pecan tree in my front yard that hadn't been cut in over 5 years. The team came out and gave me a quote on trimming the tree while keeping it healthy. Then they completed the tree trimming within 2 business days of giving me the quote. Needed a dead tree removed and general tree trimming with a few problem branches growing close the roof of the house. Mark gave me an estimate in about 15mins of arriving and pointed out some issues that previous tree trimming efforts had caused. Taught me a lot about general tree maintenance. He said they would make it look like a park where sight lines would be opened up but shade would still be provided from the top of the trees. The crew showed up on time and was done in 2hrs. They had 2 crews so it was a bit faster than normal. When they were done they showed me around and I was amazed at the difference it made. They even got rid of some trimmings I had just piled up in the corner. I didn't watch them but pretty sure they cleaned the driveway and sidewalk. Very professional and nothing was out of place when they were done. We'll worth the money for the results and knowledge I've gained to maintain the work they've done. Very satisfied with everything.
