Horrible Service
I was hesitant to write this review hoping that management would actually try to resolve my complaints and instead they did exactly what the other 1 star reviews said they would, absolutely nothing then claim that the customer was at fault. I purchased a 2 hour trial cleaning and notated that I only needed my bathroom and kitchen cleaned. My apartment is 802 sqft and I cleaned regularly. I chose the service to see if having someone come in with organic cleaning supplies be worth the cost. My cleaner arrived and immediately told me she would not do the bathroom because it was not on the work orders she received a few hours before the appointment. I said okay well let me call management because there must have been a mixup since I only needed the 2 rooms cleaned. It took 20 minutes for her to get it sorted with her manager and I heard her whole conversation. She said that my apartment was so small and that I kept up on the cleaning so this job would not even take a full hour worth of cleaning. I stayed in my bedroom during the appointment to keep my toddler from running around and getting in her way. When the 2 hours were up I came out into the hallway and she claimed to be mopping my floors and wanted to discuss the services the company offered and my checklist that I left for her. She told me that she completed everything. The list included cleaning the bathroom, cleaning out the refrigerator, the oven, the microwave and if time the dishes. She did not clean the refrigerator or do the dishes stating that it was a service that was offered but something that I needed to put in the work order notes when I booked. I did. She claimed that she spent most of her time cleaning my stove and oven. I purchased new drip trays for the stove eyes and threw the old ones out in front of her as she requested. My oven has a mat at the bottom to prevent the need for harsh scrubbing, she never even opened it. Instead she said she cleaned my microwave and toaster oven. She wiped the door on the outside but never cleaned the inside. She also claimed to complete everything on my list and even do extra to make up for the unprofessional start of my appointment. I asked why the items were marked as completed if she didn’t do them and she said that’s why she was discussing them with me, I needed to put those requests in the work order in advance. When I told her I did and management said to provide a written list at the appointment she said well her work orders don’t have any of that so she couldn’t do it and next time to try calling. I made my complaint to the manager and she said that the 2-hour cleaning was not enough time to complete the list and my cleaner even stayed past her time. When I responded about the late start due to her not having the correct information on the work order I received no response. The other negative reviews were correct this company is a scam and will take advantage if you do not choose a package that is more than 3 hours. Definitely would not recommend.

Tessa did a great job on cleaning my house. I will continue to use this company because for one I love organic products and two Tessa was great. Love the company as well.

Now that Organically Maid has been cleaning our house for several years, I wanted to leave an updated review. Ana usually cleans our house and always does a great job. Since she's so familiar with our house, she's especially efficient. If she's unavailable, a different maid occasionally cleans and they've always been well trained and do a good job. The company has also been very responsive when I've needed to change the date or time of a scheduled cleaning. I'm even more impressed with Organically Maid than when I wrote the review below after the first cleaning.

Baylee did an exceptional job cleaning our house for the first time on Monday. She arrived on time and cleaned so thoroughly that we couldn't find anything that she did that could have been done better.

Madi W was excellent! She was thorough and left our home clean and fresh. We can’t wait to have her back.

I have cleanings done every other week with Organically Maid. Ana goes above and beyond with our house. I have 5 kids, two dogs, and while I don’t expect the maid to organize the kiddos rooms, Ana does! I’ve had cleanings with other providers and none of them compare! I only use natural cleaners myself, so having the cleaner use that also is very important to us.

We have had Andrea for over 2 years and love her! She’s very thorough, friendly, and does an amazing job. The company is very responsive if I need to change something and work with out schedule. Highly recommend!!

We always get a thorough cleaning at our home. Ana and Dana are our most frequent maids and they always do great!

Madi Webb did an amazing job cleaning our house thoroughly and thoughtfully. She went the extra mile. She was so kind and warm to my family and I as well. I would definitely recommend! I love that they use thieves products, and she even brought her own diffuser w oils in it to make my house smell brand new :)

Is Esmeralda in Dakota? Did a fabulous job of cleaning my house after the holidays. I really appreciated their thoroughness. I highly recommend them and organically Maid.

I would never use them again. This review is very delayed as they cleaned for us last fall but after thinking about it for awhile, I've decided to review to hopefully spare others from the same experience.

We booked a post-construction cleaning. Dust had been stirred up EVERYWHERE in our home so it was very noticeably dirty. They sent a team of 3 and they missed so many things- a lot of it was higher up areas on walls, cabinets, etc. For a post-construction clean, you would think they'd have come with ladders or stepstools to reach higher areas, but nope. So many things were visibly dirty- I found cobwebs with post-construction dirt in them on easily reachable/accessible areas that didn't even require a ladder. There was still dust on walls in multiples rooms. Light switches covered in dust, baseboards covered in dust. Floors not mopped. So many things! I documented everything with photos and sent them over to the Client Relations Specialist. She was very responsive to my concerns, so I will give an extra star for her attempts to remedy the situation.

They did send out their "best maid" to fix all the things that the team of 3 missed. She came on a day we had painters scheduled to come and that was a whole mess with her scrambling to clean around them. She still missed quite a bit- she did her best and I was appreciative of her but at the end of the day this post-construction clean was nowhere near the value of what they charged for it ($800!).After 2 attempts, they still left behind a lot of construction dust- on top of ceiling fans, on walls etc. They may reply to this and say that I should have contacted them a third time to come make it right, but at this point, I was ready to be done with them for good. We had been out of our home for 2 months and were on a very tight schedule with the move in and after seeing the quality of work they provided, I did not want them back in my home. I finished the job myself.

Update for a response to the business: as I mentioned we were under a very tight move in window. The maids came out with NO contractors present- painters or otherwise. We purposely scheduled it like that. They did such a terrible job that they had to send back their top maid and the only time available left before we moved back in was the date that the painters were coming (which was several days after the cleaning was originally supposed to be completed). It was very difficult for our painters to work around the construction dust that was still left behind and a hassle for both parties for sure. Again, I have documented picture proof with time stamps of many many areas that were left completely filthy not even touched with a duster that were very reachable by stepstool not on ceiling level.

If nothing else, read the reviews on here and see how they reply to negative reviews and you’ll see it is not a business you want to work with by the way they treat customers. I really do hate leaving such a low review, but it was such an awful waste of our money and left a terrible taste in our mouths for this company. The photos were all taken after the initial cleaning by the 3 maids they sent out. I have more but this suffices.

I have been using Organically Maid for a few years now and I have been really impressed with the work they do and how flexible and communicative they are. Special shout out to our regular maid, Tessa, who does an excellent and thorough job cleaning and is super efficient! Another shout out to Melanie who came this last week. She was also thorough and super efficient!

Andrea Hall with Organically Maid is an absolute gem! She is incredibly thorough and such a hard worker. We absolutely love the days when Andrea comes to our home and we get to come home from work to a sparkling clean house! I cannot recommend her enough. Andrea is amazing and we love Organically Maid!

Madi is your girl! She is the absolute sweetest and a great cleaner. I am very picky and I have nothing bad to say. She is never in a rush and does a thorough job Today while she was cleaning she diffused oils and my house smelled amazing! All organic and non toxic cleaners. Right up my alley!!! I can’t wait for her to come back next week :) also, their office has been amazing to work with. I wanted a few different quotes one for upstairs cleaning and one for down stairs cleaning in case I didn’t need my entire house done. Thank you Organically Maid!

Loved the attention to detail and desire to complete the work well. Dana and Patina are a great team. Love that products are non- toxic too and the diffusers are an added bonus to freshen the rooms in our house.

Top notch! Elizabeth from Organically maid is a God send. A true blessing to have my home cleaned and loved on by her. She does an amazing job. She serves well, works so hard and my 3 year old loves when she makes his bed. I love the way she sets stuff up as it gives me ideas on what I can do better. Love that it’s all clean products and every part of my home is touched on by her.

Ana and Natriece did an amazing job on my long overdue deep clean! They paid extra attention to details and were extremely pleasant to have in my home. I look forward to my next clean with Organically Maid!
