Total loser.. DONT USE HIM.. calls to say he is going to be late..shows up late goes to the wrong apartment, leaves without talking to anyone and leaves us stranded with no carpet cleaning.. Typical unprofessional company.. Dont use them

I paid a good amount mont money for a carpet that is only 6 months old and a title floor that is also 6 months old. I just want my floors cleaned. I got a half job done. My masters bed carpet still with stain I talked to him about he said that he did he's best. He only used smells good with water to clean my house. He charged me the price with the product. But he only used water. I will not use him again. And Don't recommend. If I could give 0 🌟 this is what you would get. You wasn't cleaning correctly at the first place, if I was complaining is because you wasn't doing good job. You have attitude. And lairs about you changing that much because you have to used the product. And you didn't used until I started to see that you was only used water. You're a lair and over price foe poor service. After you come back to do it right with the chemical that pee comes up. Be honest with people. Don't matter if it is white or black. We all need to have the same honesty. Be humble and honest. Good luck with your poor job. And bad attitude.

Omgosh the cleaning solution Don uses is so nice! My sectional needed a good cleaning and my mattress. I knew after I could smell that solution he sprayed I was going to be happy. The cleaning was perfect and the price.Which made me give him all stars. I called a company before Don and they was so rude with a very high price. I’m so glad it didn’t work out and I found Don.I definitely will be using him again in the future!

Don is AMAZING!!! My boyfriend schedule me an appointment and Don didn’t have my number. He knocked but I didn’t hear him. So, he called my boyfriend several times before he left. He left me a card and I called him back the same day. He was completely booked but was able to squeeze me in the next day. I’m super grateful. I called at the last minute, needing it ASAP. He came the very next day very early to match my schedule. He did a fantastic job. The carpet was a mess and I mean a mess. It was embarrassing but when he was finished, it looked like New! I wouldn’t even think of using anybody different! When he arrived, he got right to the job. He didn’t mess around or waste any time he was very professional. He didn’t over Price. I am just overjoyed with the outcome.
