I have used Don many times over the years. He does a great job. He's very nice to work with and always gives me a fair price on last minute add ones (like stairs or rugs). I will continue to use and recommend him in the future.

Not satisfied at all. He rushed to do the work and was not pleasant at all. Get mad when I asked him to emphasize on some spots. Will use someone else next time. Here are a few pictures of my carpet about 6 hours after the cleaning.

Scott was very polite and a nice guy all the way around. However, we got our carpets cleaned at 6 pm yesterday and here it is 24 hours later and our carpets are still wet in places, smells like mildew and new stains from equipment and the old ones still there, which is OK for some of the old stains. Once again, great guy and great intentions just not very well executed.

the crew from x commercial did a great job with our office floors last week. they showed up on time and didnt leave any streaks on the tile which is hard to do. everything was organized when i got in the next morning and they even took out the extra trash from the breakroom without asking.
