They know the definition of Customer Service. The cleaning technician was on time, polite and knowledgeable. They follow up after service is completed to ensure we were satisfied. The lady who answers the phone is great. I will definitely use them again and will refer to friends/family.

Young's Chem-Dry did a great job on the carpets in the new home that we purchased. The stains are gone and so is the smoke smell. I recommend using them before replacing the carpets.
